i have to tell u that i have lower back pain too, not only when i'm doing abs, but when i stay in bed or when i try to reach a long distance too. and i also want to tell u that i've learned that if i would have made all the exercise correctly, my back would be fine! so the conclusion is: make all your exercise clean and correctly, because if u rush urself, u will get the lower back pain. sorry for my bad english..
Wow. This is so much harder than 8 min abs. I feel like It works me better. You sweat a lot which means you're losing weight at the same time. I decided to do 8 min abs everyday and this every other day and I'll see what will happen. I'm pretty sure the results will be great, of course with a good diet.

@H3LM3TK1D fasting is one of the worst things you can do for your body, especially if you are already not in the best health. if you want to lose weight, replace your calories as much as possible with raw fruits and vegetables. if you want to take nutrition to the next level, eat only raw fruit all day, then have a raw vegetable salad for dinner. i lost 15 lbs in 4 days when i started eating like this and i never went back. i am totally energized and positive all day long
can anybody help explain why or how to get rid of lower back pain? i've always had a weak back to begin with and my back starts hurting when my abs are perfectly fine. ESPECIALLY during the bicycles, a huge shot of pain hits my lower back and i have to rest a good 6 seconds before going back into, but can only continue for about 3.
@supadupahh Yes i kind off had the same problem, with the bicycles be sure you are not sitting up too high which was my problem, let you head lean back more and just focus on twisting and cycling your legs
@supadupahh how often do you work your abs? Your abs are part of the muscles that support your mid-section, or your core. If you over-work those muscles, your other muscles (like your lower back muscles) have to give more support than they can handle. As a result, you could get lower back pain. I would try and do less abdominal work throughout the week, and do some low back exercises like hyper extensions. If you don't know what those are then look them up. Hope that helps.

@Pirate4T Theres no real way to spot reduce fat from your body. The best thing you can do is do cardio exercise like running for 15 minutes a day. You just have to do the work, your body will decide where to pull the fat from.

Lifting weights actually burns more calories longer after you workout then cardio does, and certainly lifting causes muscles to slowly show if your lifting correctly. And C. Your a retard. When you do cardio your body goes Catabolic meaning, it burns muscle tissue after 15 minutes. Less than 15 you stay Anabolic = Building muscle. Read up fools.

Do 8 minute abs, then this, once a day, apart from 2 days a week where you do a 30 minute Ab routine at the gym using medicine balls, machines and different exercises. I did this for 3 weeks and had instant results, 2 pack and flab, to 6 pack and minimal fat.
@psyradiuk with any workout if you do it for a bit you wont feel the burn as much or anymore at all sometimes but you are getting results but after each month or so you should change up your work out
if you're fat, do this everyday until you get skinnier. After awhile, youll see some of the pack form. When this happens, do it every other day (this proves you got skinnier and if you do it everyday your muscle tissues wont grow back). I did it every other day, AND i eat a crapload, and i got my six pack in 2 months. *this proves even if you eat alot and do no exercise but do this continuously, you can still get the abs*

I do this every other day, and the days I don't do it, I do the 8 min leg workout. Plus, 30 min of cardio. For me, it's a good workout plan, and I recomend it! I can start to feel results, just trying to get that summer bod! (:
from what i understand you don't have to do them every day ,i know your muscles need time to recover so if you do it every day you'll probably just lose some weight giving you the impressions you got some extra muscles, if you really want to get some muscles do it 4-6 a week and it's better to go to the gym (you can hold weights at some exercises to make them more difficult.
@ryantimmins99 Not really, the main thing with getting your abs to come to the surface is fat, if you have alot of body fat it won't show, if you want to get rid of it, diet and do cardio, nothing works better than that...all those diet pills they advertise is basically pure caffeine that just makes your heart beat faster, which burns more calories, but its not good for your heart in the long run
I have been doing this once a day every day for two months with a cardio work out too (bike, Running) and have seen some definite results just got to be consistent and if you feel like you need some more do the routine twice.
That is the thing with these ones is trying to do them right...I know these are basic and that is whats cool. I still suck at that last one of the set though where you lift both your back and legs otherwise this is cool.

Shes not pulling with her lower abs like she should be shes using momentom (sp?) to rock her legs up...which does nothing and is bad for the lower back.

@kaielement well i think there was a study based on achieving flat, ripped abs and the best way to maintain that was through stimulating the muscle in your abdomen for more than 7 mins...so let's stick with 7! lol

So I'm pretty young, and have never worked out, I'm pretty thin i'm just not fit, does this really help? I get that you're supposed to do it once every other day, but does it really work?

hey, i've been doing this workout for a week now, at first my stomach was alittle sore after i did this, which is a good sign that it does work but the other days it's not. And i don't feel any different afterwards. Does this REALLY work???

I do this every other day, and the days I don't do it, I do the 8 min leg workout. Plus, 30 min of cardio. For me, it's a good workout plan, and I recomend it! I can start to feel results, just trying to get that summer bod! (:

from what i understand you don't have to do them every day ,i know your muscles need time to recover so if you do it every day you'll probably just lose some weight giving you the impressions you got some extra muscles, if you really want to get some muscles do it 4-6 a week and it's better to go to the gym (you can hold weights at some exercises to make them more difficult.

@ryantimmins99 Not really, the main thing with getting your abs to come to the surface is fat, if you have alot of body fat it won't show, if you want to get rid of it, diet and do cardio, nothing works better than that...all those diet pills they advertise is basically pure caffeine that just makes your heart beat faster, which burns more calories, but its not good for your heart in the long run

I have been doing this once a day every day for two months with a cardio work out too (bike, Running) and have seen some definite results just got to be consistent and if you feel like you need some more do the routine twice.

That is the thing with these ones is trying to do them right...I know these are basic and that is whats cool. I still suck at that last one of the set though where you lift both your back and legs otherwise this is cool.

Shes not pulling with her lower abs like she should be shes using momentom (sp?) to rock her legs up...which does nothing and is bad for the lower back.

to get six pack you need your body fat% to be 10% or lower, doing these exercises help but to really get good definition you need to lower you body fat %
