The background noise seems to be on a loop. And, yeah, heavy rain in Dubai? The rain looks like it's been superimposed onto the video. Also, the picture starts to pixellate at very modest zooms, suggesting an HD background plate and artificial zooms added later. Along with the UFOs. I'll wager we're never going to see an actual HD version of this video, because that would give the game away.

What you are seeing is a ceiling of a mall painted to look like the sky, the lights you see are flush mount track lights in the ceiling, and the silver disc is a sprinkler cover.

ceilings like these can also be found in Atlantic City's Tropicana casino and the

Okay first of all the sound you can hear in this video except from the speaker is edited, so the rain and the pathetic thunder sound, and if u are not too blind u can clearly see that this footage shows a painted, yes painted wall or ceiling inside a biulding/ big Hall, just look at the lights at the corners when the camera zooms back, thats not open air. So i think u have to rename this video in "lamps on the ceiling" but dont forget the "HD footage"...
