To the many comments and Pms I get concerning Arma II. Just because a magazine or W-site says , For PC, Xbox 360 and PS3, doesnt prove confirmation. That is called speculation and bad advertising, read a dictionary .. When BIS declares the release info on the console market, then and only then, will we know the truth. As of todays date, their has been no confirmation on the release of Arma II on any console..PERIOD
OFP2 cant be better than ArmA II. Codies dont have the experience which BIS has. Ofp is BIS`s child and arma + arma 2 are the true and only continuations of OFP. Compare the graphics - ofp: console fanboy eye-candy looking like plastic - arma 2 - so photorealistic that it looks like real war footage, heres a proof --> 0:55 to 1:08
both are kinda the same for me its just that Arma is less detailed and on a smaller scale than OFP2, and ofp will more than likely be better than arma 2 because of it
thats just my opinion from what iv seen from both, dont get me wrong i think theyre both going to be amazing and everything but overall i think ofp will be a lil better than arma 2. but i dont care if im proven wrong since then i get 2 superamazing military sims

Then just walk from South to North Sahrani in ArmA. I guess it will also take more than 2 hours per foot. However, you are right - let's judge those things, once bothe titles have hit the shelves.

ofp 2 map is 220 square km whereas arma 2 is 225 sqaure km

Took me 2 hours to JOG across about three quarters of North Sahrani. I don't even want to know how long it takes to go through the whole map.

Looks like BIS finally learned how to make good PR for the community. Compared to this (the old Flashpoint feeling), the new OFP Trailer sucks.
