  • when I hear this song I just imagine jensen walkin in a crowded asian night club with a bounch of people dancing and the lights flickering being boss as fuck having a serious as shit face pushing people out of his way like in assassins creed making his way to his objective

  • @Chnswdchldrn That's probably how it would've been if it was a movie scene. A 90s movie, Replacement Killers, has a scene just like the one you described with Chow Yun Fat.

  • Turn the base up!

  • Monstrous :) Very very cool :)

  • Why doesn't youtube have a repeat button?

  • What Gwai lo disliked this track?

  • The Anonymous club.

  • Reminds me of being in a shoot-house. Good CQB/CQD music. Lights are flashing, it's loud as heck, it's foggy/misty, and you have trouble with your tracking (eyes) becaues of soo much movement. Nonetheless, you stay focused/in the zone ready to shoot any threat.

  • "Chặt đôi câu thơ, bẻ đôi câu thơ... Tôi" , lol! A VietNamese lyric has using to mix in this song.

  • First Deus Ex game I played I PLAN to by the next/first one an I LOVE THIS SONG wish it was in the ost CD

  • @kashi294 You should play Deus Ex. People say it's one of the best games ever created and i might agree.

  • @reggiardito Far from the "best game ever created", but great none-the-less.

  • @bud389 Just in case - I meant Deus Ex. Not Deus Ex Human Revolution. The first one.

Besides i said it's ONE of the best, not the best.

  • @reggiardito I actually got a copy lol It's really coo.

  • 男子浴室在楼下.....i said the men's bathroom is downstairs. LoL

  • i think you mean deus ex 2

    invisible war never happened

  • @qwood1 I try and remind myself that every time Deus Ex comes up... but sometimes... sometimes... it's just too damn hard to ignore.

Human Revolution was the greatest thing to have happened in gaming next to Skyrim, Mass Effect and Deus Ex-prior.

  • @qwood1 I wish....Those memories are just too hard to forget.

Main character - "Excuse me, but I THINK I have a right to know if i'm in any danger!"

    -stops playing-

  • @qwood1 Invisible War is actually what got me into the series. I thought it was a very good game and played the rest of them since. I was very excited for HR to launch.

  • i like the loop they used in the club in the actual game. i could just let my chill out somwhere while i let that loop play and play

  • best track in the game, but not in the OST. T_T;;

  • Damn u JB, can't appreciate good music. T_T

  • Give me a Shanghai Gut Punch.

  • @Tytanized talking about a drink,right?

  • love how futuristic it sounds

  • @TheNineLivez

actually check out trip hop,its a whole genre that sounds like this

  • Nightclub's songs are soooo better in video games than in real life... D:

  • @HardlyAChallenge go to berlin

  • @HardlyAChallenge It's funny and ironic, but is indeed true.

If real life clubs had music like this, I would not bother to visit them even if I'm not going to dance, get drunk, and all things that people usually go to do in in them.

  • I need to know where I can get this full soundtrack >_<

  • Yea right im too young lol It just makes me mad those assholes that just says stufdf and dont verify and talk to people about stuff they dont even know about and not even true. Anyway who cares he was just a poor idot faggot.

  • Comment removed

  • @CODMASTA Haha! FAGGOT!

  • Man they could really make this into an open ended huge world RPG. I'd pay for it

  • OMG ! the soundtrack.... just epic !

  • There is sufficient cowbell in this song.

    -CW

  • Still baffled as to why i only got 12 tracks with my augmented edition, where was this awesome shit!

  • Sounds a bit like Massive Attack.

  • This song is so badass, makes me feel like a BAWS when I walk in the club and Jensen goes HEEYYOOOO...and everyone just stares at him. 8(

  • Damnit. Been following this video for weeks marveling at how it had 11k + views and 0 dislikes.

WHO IS THE BASTARD THAT DISLIKED? > : [

  • Comment removed

  • Badass.

  • @phenomenom20 truely a badass ambience soundtrack

  • "Yeah and? That still don't prove shit!" haha that interrogation with that idiot malik wanted you to find was hilarious!

  • i promise guys if somehow i'll form a future underground club we are going to play music like this..

  • @TolHydra haha i love the music and the ambience but chicks are not into that kind of stuff

  • @TheEsquivel12 don't worry they will not notice with all the drugs. :P

  • badass

  • why do they have tiny heads? why TINy heAD

  • Comment removed

  • anyway i can get a longer version?

  • @themodder117 VGAnxiety has one, search for "deus ex - ca dao em va toi"

  • I never asked for any of this. But I like it :D

  • Adam Jensen. He never asked for any of this.

  • @iamtehgame But it felt good. Surprisingly good.

  • btw, this also sounds a bit like some of the music from Strange Days, if anyone's seen that movie. Great Cyberpunk film.

  • His music is augmented

  • I asked for this.

  • where did you get this song? everyone is still uploading incomplete soundtrack from leaked beta - - '

  • @alcrd lolwut

  • @icedmetal81 if you don't know english dont reply

  • @alcrd Dunno if you noticed but the game has been out what, two weeks? That includes the soundtrack. Furthermore its a simple matter to take the music files from in-games and convert them to mp3. Don't reply if your'e an utter fucking dumbass. Dumbass.

  • @icedmetal81 well listen up retarded idiot first thing learn how to read cause you are missing the point right now, secondly every soundtrack upload i found is from beta or incomplete official version, and yet somehow people get the full OST - so i'm asking from where! (but that's not actual anymore cause some good user, not a trolling idiot like you msged me with download link to full and converted OST) - is that simple enough for you you fucktard?

  • @icedmetal81 lol this is you thats dumb. Did you ever take a look at the soundtrack ? Before telling people they are dumbass, just go verify by youself before embarassing yourself. You're what I would call a dumbass douchebag faggot.

  • @zaggyzaggy2 You're what I would call a kid whos legally too young to be playing this game. Before you make an ass of yourself, look at what you're saying. You look like an insecure COD player.

  • @zaggyzaggy2 Unsurprisingly this clown completely missed the point as well as barely having a basic grasp of English.

  • Whoa! The Massive Attack of old returns! Even though..you know...it's not actually Massive Attack :P

  • Portishead, Massive Attack kind of created and then defined the trip hop sound. However, this wouldn't have sounded out of place on the Blade soundtracks. Check out Mos Def & Massive Attack 'I Against I'.

  • @icedmetal81 I forgot to add Tricky.

  • @icedmetal81 And also that they come from one very small area of England. Bristol.

  • OT: Can anyone recommend dark trip hop that doesn't have female vocals in it? That's what turns me away from the genre, even though the music is good.

  • I imagined the HIVE would be bigger than it actually is ingame, but anyways very fitting music.

  • @KyleGraveXx real estate in Hensha is expensive, even for Triad bosses. It's part of why the lower city is so cluttered and a mess, while upper Hengsha is idyllic.

  • I wish they really played music like this in clubs.

  • @LambdaQuarks Absolutely, It's so fucking cool. What genre is this music?

  • @insight1337 This is trip hop.

  • @D3nnehy No, this is Michael McCann.

  • @insight1337

Sounds like good old electronica to me.

  • @LambdaQuarks They do. You just need to go to the right clubs. Goth and Industrial Clubs play stuff like this.

  • @lnvlz764

Yea? point me to one near chicago.

  • @LambdaQuarks Just google Chicago Gothic Livejournal. Nights listed there. :PYoutube won't let me post links.

  • @lnvlz764 How about Melbourne, Australia??? :D

  • @LambdaQuarks insted of the lastest pop shit..... we should all get together and make our own f-ing club.. ;-)

  • @LambdaQuarks I'd definately take a couple of drinks there.

  • @Morty361 Yea me too, going to Vegas tomorrow so I will see what those clubs have a vibe like. PS: Donnie Darko was one of my fav movies of all time.

  • lol there is no hip hop in this at all.

  • @LambdaQuarks Good.

  • @LambdaQuarks He meant trip hop. Not necessarily hip hop :)

  • frikkin awesome

  • this is vietnamese trance i believe

  • The original song was "Ca dao em và tôi" (A traditional song between you and me) Yeah I know it's rough translation. A very beautiful song from Vietnam!!!

  • amazing.... sometimes i find myself lost in the flow of random thoughts in my head, and when i "wake up" from it, i realise this tune was in my head for hours :D

  • 0:25 ok it is just me or did I hear one of the famous Vietnam's hymn in this song ? I'm a Vietnamese and seriously ? This is awesome!!

  • Can't seem to find the stealth/combat versions of this song anywhere. Would you be able to get it?

  • This track really adds a lot to the atmosphere in the hive. Does anyone know what genre this is? I'd like some more of this!

  • @subwayan

    Michael style :)

  • @subwayan Vietnamese Trance XD

  • @Xoahr lol yes, by DJ Trung Hoa! And don't forget to go to the hive's lady's aug night. Free drinks for augmented ladies on tuesdays from 7-11pm!

  • @subwayan Damn straight! It's terrible how discriminatory they are towards augmented males...

Anyway, being serious, and because you're a funny guy, this genre is dark triphop/dark ambient. If it were another 40 minutes long, then it could be dark house.

If you want a band similar to this, Massive Attack is somewhat similar - try their Mezzanine album (this song really reminds me of Dissolved Girl from that album), or the earlier stuff Archive did, from their album 'Londinium'.

  • @Xoahr Pretty much most early 90s dark trip hop/ambient sounds similar to this - though this has that really cool, really modern driving bass beat at the bottom of it all.

  • @Xoahr Looks like my social enhancer augmentation worked! Thanks a lot! I know Teardrop by Massive Attack and love that too so I'll be sure to check it out.

By the way, discrimination towards (augmented) males is nothing new. Even before augmentation was big there was only lady's night, no gent's night!

  • @subwayan I'm aware of that - I still think it's dreadful :p I want to get into a club for free before midnight.

Yeah, Massive Attack largely started this genre of downtempo electronica (well...trip hop...), but hopefully it helps you :)

  • @subwayan I can think of a game with darker ambient: Vampire the masquerade bloodlines

  • @cetaepsilon thanks. I checked it out and you're right. It's very dark, indeed. This track is still my favourite though! Working on the second playthrough at the moment.

  • @cetaepsilon Both games are awesome but imagine VTMB on the same engine..

  • @cetaepsilon wow just listened to that album shits amazing, "Vampire the Masquerade OST" really good!

  • @Xoahr 40 minutes of this would be fantastic in a hat.

  • @Syger Well, you should look for dark ambient, downtempo electronic music. I'd say it's triphop, though, as it has the definition of it down to a t - being mixed with hip hop and electronic music so much you can't tell either genre is in it.

There's some good dark triphop DJs out there. Before Archive became all faggoty, they were kings of triphop.

  • @Xoahr wow! thanks for sharing this info with us. So as I understand, I should look for Dark TripHop genre and artist: Archive? any other suggestions?

  • @insight1337 Their album Londinium, as that's the early stuff they did - but it's got more rap in it, which is kinda cool. You just need to look for bands that are (usually) British, from the early 90s, who played in the electronica scene. They'd have dabbled in triphop. Massive Attack, some Portishead. Check out June as November by Moss, as well.

  • Deus Ex forever

  • loveitloveitloveitloveitloveit

  • What is the original song's title/name/album/atrist?

  • @amo1mor3

This track was made specifically for the game by the game's composer, Michael McCann. It hasn't been released outside of the game itself, it's not even on the official soundtrack disc.
