  • @ExphoriahsHD you are

  • shut up beardy how can it explode if its already done that

  • @MrAncientalien lol. gonna block all their chanels eh? better late than never

  • When countries become enslaved to technology this is what happens. Japs are the most technologically advanced nation. But they thought they are invincible against nature and built a nuke plant on a tsunami prone beachfront. Well they were wrong! which caused irreversible damage to the entire region and world, even Tokyo is effected. Sadly they've become prisoners in their own land! We should ask these experts now what?

  • we don't have enough nuke fuels to fuel world for 100 years and we still think that atomic power plants can. Nuke power plants should be limited and used just in very marginal way away from settled areas. When OIL would run out by 2055 so does uranium deposits will come to end the same time - very inconvienent, indeed.

  • All atomic power protagonists must now go to Fukushima and help.

  • We should thank Japanese for showing us how incapable and how vulnerable modern science and technology against natural or manmade disasters! Which is accepted as the ONLY solution for problems facing humans around the world! In reality it created more problems for humans from radiation to global warming!

  • @unheardvoice11 In fact, atomic energy is not modern science. It's a 70 years old outdated technology. If there would be modern science in the energy business, we'd have replacements for fossile and nuclear fuels long time ago. Business is not science. What you see in Fukushima and other place is business. Scientists have been warning the people constantly since the 1960s about atomic energy. Only a few listened. People prefer to listen to the goons of the energy mafia (politicians).

  • @unheardvoice11 If theres a viable and cost effective method than fossil or atomic energy countries would go for it. Unfortunately solarpower and other alternatives are uncapable of producing the low cost energy this greedy world needs. The prob. with nuke is the high-risk otherwise its viable for amount of energy it produced without continuous raw materials for a long time. But the pollution is there weather its risk of radiation or greenhouse gasses.science cannot eliminate that! only replace!

  • we are all so fucked!!

  • @MrAncientalien You can't trust any american news channel, Nuclear experts etc. They'll lie about the air being pure and clean just like they did when the towers went down.

  • let's put a nuke suit on the Emperor, off ya go mate, let's see what ya made of!!!...

  • robots only last half an hour

  • Robots for FUKUSHIMA!

  • @kayumochi japanese are racist's haven't u saw no foreigner alowed at cafe and etc...

  • @mindeila really? I would like to see a real picture of that, if it were true... On another note,,, "Who lives in a pinapple under the sea? No-body their all dead, even Patrick,,,nooooo not Patrick

  • The Japanese seem to be doing the wrong things all the times!

  • @MrAncientalien GE is the child of Thomas Edison, and everybody knows how much Edison hated Nikola Tesla, the inventor of alternating current. If it was up to Edison, we would still be on direct current.

  • @goodgodyou Look at Germany. Aren't they heavily invested in solar technology? And there are many wind turbines all over North America and Europe. Japan looks like they get a lot of sun and wind on some days. Nuclear contamination for them seems like too high a price to pay for electricity; besides, they're not getting any electricity from those crippled plants now. Whereas if they had the solar and wind electric option, I don't think that they wouldn't be facing long term health problems.

  • @MrAncientalien Amen to that. I cannot believe that America is lying about something so serious. What has occured in Japan is basically destroying the country by the seconds right now. It pains me to see my country act like we shouldn't come in, and we should just let the Japanese die. THAT IS WRONG. I WISH I COULD STAND UP FOR THE JAPANESE! If its all because they were in the Axis Powers, then FUCK IT! We shouldn't care about that right now. A country shouldn't die due to another's selfishness.

  • @goodgodyou What about solar and wind power technology?

  • i hope thay all get out before the next exposson.and they sould get ride off nukeclear plane in country that are going to has problems like this

  • i hope thay all get out before the next exposson.

and they sould get ride off nukeclear plane in country that are going to has problems like this

  • borderlandsgamer9001 nope im not a nazi or a terrorist just one that knows how are gov,, works and its the most corrupt gov,, in the world ! its soul purpose is to contorl eveytjhing and inslaving people to junk money

  • @wtf4688 What are you talking about? Did you get this information from watching movies and shows like prison break? If you live in America (assuming you do), then you should know that our living condition is a lot better than any other countries. Yes our government can be corrupted (for other purposes), but it's not as dramatic as "contorl eveytjhing and inslaving people to junk money". Anyways, it's called social contract, google it.

  • ecpruthless: too bad the reactors are not in your backyard-OH THE ARROGANCE hahahhahahahahahahah

  • The fear mongering is NOT helping anyone, people.

Emotions severely limit your critical thinking abilities, which is why fear mongering works so well. Your NOT thinking clearly.

If you want to change the world......Take a step back and think with a clear mind.

  • Text REDCROSS to 90999 to help JAPAN recover and get the supplies and food they need from the Red Cross. Together we can all make a difference!!!

  • holy shit god help japan . hoooly shit son!

  • @cujo9 you ant seen nothing yet .GOV here in the states are not saying anything and not going to when people start dieing on west cost first. then its to late.

  • I dont think this is a sign of the end but it gives a bit of a hidden reality more light. If weather does start to increase in its inconsistencies and worsen it could have a dramatic effect on all the thousands on thousands of nuclear reactors in the world. America alone has so many...many of which are on the coast of california and miami!! Perhaps the end isnt a nuclear war but weather damaging our reactors to the point that we kill our evironments with our own energy reactors....maybe i dunno

  • Déjà vu 1945

  • Life insurance may become scarce.

  • Nigahiga is donating money to Japan, so we need to get as many views as possible on his video.

After youtube paste in the rest in the URL. Heres the link:

    watch?v=cciUXpITsu0

  • @Danz525 dont its a virus

  • @afertyus1000

No it isn't. I'm clearly only linking to their video as each view could help give more funds to Japan.

If you actually try the link out for yourself you would see that. I commented on this as it was Japan related in the sidebar.

  • no risk no reward... I mean Japan could build more coal plants! Im sure you ecofags would love that.

  • God, people get on my nerves. Or should I say foreign newscasters. The Japanese are the kind of people that will only tell you what you NEED to know. If you're not in their workforce or if they have just asked you to help with one thing and not another, they wont tell you what you expect that they should. They're private people. So yes even though this is something that should be fully shared. They wont. They will tell you what you NEED to know and all you NEED to know is that its under control.

  • @Pooobaihr23 As Wikileaks proved, the US government tells the world only what it needs to know as well.

  • @kayumochi True.. Though.. the US lies. Japan just isnt explaining.

  • the expert resembles the fresh "Saddam Hussain" rescued from cave.

  • Ok,..let´s face it !!! Earthquakes are natural fatalities. No one to blame on!!! ?Nuclear power plants in Japan? Only retards and mentals would accept that !!! Fucking place is grounded by unstable terrain areas, therefore unable to have things like that built on!!! that...there is one to blame!! Hope japs may recover from loss and peace for those who lost their lives.Life goes on.!! now fag jap politicians? get a life you trolls!! World demands RESPECT!!

  • @renatoavatarian First off, you do not deserve any respect. The quake did no damage... Some retard did put the diesels near the beach tho.

  • I love that anyone talking of russia or soviet union negatively on RT get cut by the host

  • @Mendelevium146 You dont like comments on your propaganda outlet? How cute.

  • Yes, nuclear power is a clean inexpensive wonderful form of energy! We need more nukes. Haven forbid we use wind turbines! Oh hell no! Wind turbines are a horrible awful terrible source of energy! Their blades can fall off and smash a cow or something! We can't have that now can we? No! We need more nukes. More nukes! More nukes! More nukes! More nukes! Yeepy!

  • Comment removed

  • I notice many people saying what they learned from chernobal, which is a good thing, we are supposed to learn from mistakes. I believe the obvious lesson is being saddly overlooked. The only truly safe nuclear reaction facility is the one 93,000,000 miles away from earth, end of lesson..... lets make it so we people of this earth dont get more screwed up than we already are, if thats possible.

  • "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds." - J. Robert Oppenheimer

  • pray this will pass ...

  • Japan is deep in trouble.

why isnt anyone going there help them in stead of whining about who is responsible?

  • Japan is deep in trouble.

why isnt anyone going there help them in stead of whining about who is responsible?

  • RT still spreading fear about nuclear power interviewing guests who have an anti-nuclear bias.John Large a critic of nuclear power who has done work for Greenpeace.I wonder why RT are spreading fear about nuclear power? It wouldn't be because some European countries are thinking of addressing their energy needs by building more nuclear power plants. If these plans are scrapped Russia can make more money selling gas.

  • hey RT your newscasters are fucking morons this asshole points out how japan is the most hi-tech country in the world, why? the country is going through misery and your kicking them while their down.

  • Interesting....on mute.

  • It doesn't seems that the government is lying. On the contrary, what they are saying matches perfectly with what we are seeing.People expect that they will lie because of the panic thing and so assume that they are lying. The assumption is not based in technical observations.

  • @Edinaldo08 Yeah right... I don't believe the levels of radiation are as low as they are saying.. Not when the pressure vessel is breached allowing fissile material to escape. And it aint only uranium its plutonium, even reactors 5 and 6 are under threat and they were shutdown ages ago!! Would you go and fight a fire at a reactor if you knew the levels of radiation were lethally high? Exactly why they are saying its ok..

  • It's a new Three Mile Island, not a new Chernobyl. I also made the mistake to compare this with Chernobyl but it is completely wrong. Search mitnse . com

  • @Edinaldo08

I mean, there is the chance that it became a Chernobyl but it is not very likely.

  • @Edinaldo08 Bullshit comment. Fukushima has SIX (!) reactors and the final outcome is not even there. Even a worse accident than Chernobyl is likely!

  • lets pray for japan...

  • They know they have Tsunamis, they know they have earthquakes, so why the hell did they build a nuke plant so close to the shore? To same the cost of a few miles of pipeline to the ocean?

Building that close to the shore in that natural disaster-prone area is just asking for trouble!

  • @TelcoPhil i think they build that to close to the shore because if there are fire it easy to get water cause they are near in the shore

    sorry for my bad english

  • @TelcoPhil any plant either nuclear or any other type of plant are usually built near shore because of the amount of water supply that are available in that area...the reason why they need such amount of water are related with the cooling system that are used too cool down the steam that are created by the reactor into water

  • I just had to make my contribution here. I am furious about the media’s fear mongering about non-existent nuclear Armageddon when people are dying and suffering due to a natural catastrophe which has exposed the weaknesses of our industrialized societies. NOBODY DIED FROM RADIATION RELEASES from any of the damaged nuclear plants in Japan, and nobody will. Plenty of people died because their dwellings were not up to the standard of a 40 years old nuclear power plant built to budget!

  • @Darkwizzrobe No one is saying nuclear armageddon... But this is serious and many will eventually die from radiation related illness.. well everyone connected with the clean up as was shown in previous incidents.. It's nowhere near chernobyl.. But it's only a step away.. I don't think it's scare mongering.. The japanese are defo playing it down to avoid mass hysteria as did the russains and americans when shit went down there..

  • a really smart guy vs a complete idiotic television host.

  • You can't tell public the "bang on" truth. Got to go slow otherwise they just panic. Japs are handling it very well but be it say in US there'll be more deaths from people killing one another over looted stuff than from the disaster it's self. History proves that.

  • RT = Putin's Network aka Kremlin Mouthpiece ....

  • wow john large is a great guest.. hope he gets more airtime

  • " The authorities aren't being truthful and straightforward, why would that be ? "

That would be >>>> exactly how ALL governments operate.

Can't break their perfect scores for decieving the public.

  • So upsetting and depressing, im from canada btw.

I hope stuff works out... it's really getting out of hand.

    We're praying! :/

  • ALL, I repeat ALL of Earth Tech. has made a FUNDAMENTAL 180* radical mistake! Again & again they ASSUME that "power must be produced" to "satisfy the needs"! Always this must be PRODUCED from a CENTRAL FACILTY, & CONSUMED by a VAST NETWORK to the PAYING PUBLIC! WRONG! We must ALL PRODUCE the ENERGY WE USE as we LIVE! Even so-called "Greens" or "Natural" or "Renewable" make this same basic error! How does one know this? 60 types of Aliens known: ALL PRODUCE the ENERGY THEY USE! Wake UP DUMMIES!

  • They don't want to tell people the truth about how dangerous nuclear power plants are because the utitlity companies are the most powerfull people in the world. And they make a fortune building these plants. I had a chemist friend that used to work for the utililty companies and they fired him for telling the truth about the amount of radiation leaks around the plants. Later they found him dead when he went to a media outlet. Think about it have they ever told you the truth about anything.

  • @robertus911 The truth of the matter is that they only have enough Uranium 238 to supply this power plants for only 20 years. So they build these plant and cut all the corners to save money. The only reason we have arms reduction in nuclear war heads is because they need the nuclear material andf use them in nuclear power plants.

  • @robertus911 nuclear material is cheap.

    nuclear physicists aren't

this earthquake wasn't normal. both (BOTH) cooling procedures failed, in chernoby there was no cooling procedure activated

however, as long as japan can keep dumping saltwater on the fuel rods to keep them cool enough to avoid complete meltdown, ppl will be ok

unfortunately, japan is calling off cooling efforts in some plants, and bc of this you should be worried.

also, the explosions u saw wee hydrogen not nuclear explosions

  • @Melnij Nuclear material is cheap where did you come up with that. I bet you can't even tell me where do they store nuclear material in your city.Where do your hospitals get nuclear material in your city. And how much to the hospitals pay for it.

  • @robertus911 don't get mad, there are industrial corporations and corporate labs all across america that supply enriched uranium

it is expensive on the black market, but not in the actual market

even teachers can buy uranium for science projects and demonstrations, while not costing too much, bc when you massively produce anything it becomes cheaper. in fact you buy uranium ore on ebay. (regular ore is cheaper than silver)

  • @robertus911 /watch?v=p-suM-mBRQk

  • It is reactor 3 that has the MOX fuel.

  • Reading from other news sites (sorry RT, only once in a while) that workers at the Fukushima nuclear power plant have been forced to leave because it's too dangerous from high levels of radiation.

Now is the time to bend over and kiss your ass goodbye and scream GODZILLA!

We're all going to die! Scramble all naval vessels and start ferrying the Japanese out of there. End USA combat missions. Setup treatment centres in Hawaii, northwestern USA, and British Columbia Canada.

  • A government might be lying to us?!? Naaaaaaah.

  • The guy on the left always looks a lil tipsy :)

  • fuck me.... im not... very stupid... but these titles ill be god damit if i can translate them properly....

  • It's just as well. Since we can't help each other and make the world better lets just kill each other. Wars all over the damn place liars controlling our countries and greedy mother fuckers every where.

  • @Mutleytech The solution is not to give up but to RISE up. Big government, in any and all forms, is the problem. We can do without them.

  • Illuminati have picked up their pace.

  • good videao! agree with TheLastCelticBard - fuxxing racists!

  • Ok kids, BP fixed the oil spill. Stop fucking crying and GROW A HEART FOR THESE POOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING NOW

  • The Wahabi of Saudi have sent troops to Bahrain

    watch?v=AnKx81umio0

  • damnit one disaster leading to an even worse one oh god

  • thoughts are with the Japaneses People

  • @MrAncientalien Detectable elevation and precautionary measures are different than real killers.

  • @He101A Yeah, you're an American allright. Well, it'll soon be your problem too. Enjoy.

  • 2012 a year early ;(

  • What ever happen to bringing BP to justice? They never talk about it on the news any more. How surprising, NOT..

The time is near to take back this government. Overthrow of America is better then a bankrupt America.

  • Ok, I believe what that expert is saying, and his last words realy don't give much of the hope for things geting well.

  • I don't fancy myself a conspiracy theorist, but given Japans history and enemies, is there any chance that outside nations might attempt to further along the already worsening conditions in Japan?

  • Everyone talks about radiation like death rays. O com'on, first, the final shields of the reactors are still not yet compromised; second, even in Chernobyl scenario, only 40 miles radius were considered as permanent control zone. Tokyo is more than 150 miles away.

  • PLEASE PUT THINGS IN PERSPECTIVE FOR A MOMENT

THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE A FAMILY AND ARE SACRIFICING THEIR OWN LIVES TO HELP KEEP THE REACTORS STABLE AND PREVENT FURTHER LOSS OF LIFE.

  • @seancanmore this guy somthing, you ant seen nothing yet .GOV here in the states are not saying anything and not going to when people start dieing on west cost first. then its to late.

  • @seancanmore The second radiations where too high they recalled the workers, nobody is. No kamikaze here, that died with world war 2

  • I HOPE YOU ALL KNOW RADIATION WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE U.S. BY WAY OF THE JET STREAM...WE GONNA BE LIVING IN A WASTELAND

  • creeping to a radiological disaster....im SURE everything is fine!wtf

  • There is no long term solution to the high level waste. The cost of the clean up is going to be huge. There is plutonium released. MOX fuel. The people of the earth need to adress this together. When will we learn that we all breath the same air and drink the same water.

    Tom Tailer

  • If the chemistry in the plants are maintained and restored with good containment the situation will be righted. My hopes are that this happens in a timely fashion and the governments of allied nations can take action to help secure the people of Japan. Best wishes to the people of Japan my prayers are with you.

  • Did anyone else notice how the scientist evaded the question about the USS Ronald Reagan radiation exposure; its meaning and consequence? Small think to pick at but there might be something they are not reporting.

  • @kanashii42 Really good call. he skirted that rather nicely and I'm sure that means that the area that is endangered by radiation is much larger that they report.

  • The "theory" of preventing panic , by supressing information, is just plain evil. It is no one's right to tell anyone how to react to their imminent danger or demise. I wonder if these "government Officials" would like this flipped around....the shoe on the other foot, so to speak. Of course they would not like anyone supressing info from them! So why do it to others?

The truth is simple, we never needed and do not need anyone to tell us what we can see or intuit with our own eyes and soul...

  • @AdmiralofTheEmpire Opinions are like arseholes mate - everyones got one!

    :)

  • Fukushima Titanic?..Fuck your shame nonpanic...

  • @MrEbonymam How do you know that? You can't predict when it will blow, it could blow tomorrow. It's a super volcano too so it will be grim indeed when it does blow.

  • Can anyone confirm that USA sailors 100miles off the coast of Japan have received radiation contamination? I've seen no reports at any other news sites of that claim.

  • @TheMonglo Yes 17 of them got minor radiation, they took showers and there's no more detected radiation on them. Very minor, but this situation could get worse if a REAL BIG leak occurs. I.E Full meltdown

  • @TheMonglo goo(dot)gl(slash)ZTOdo - paragraph is 3/4 of the way down article, here is a small quote.

"The U.S.S. Ronald Reagan was around 100 miles (160km) offshore when low-level radioactive contamination was detected from the stricken Fukushima plant." Source: Mail Online

  • @kanashii42 Thanks.

  • I hope the radidation doesn't head down here to Australia, hope it just sinks down to the bottom of the ocean.

  • whats u with all tis hate? i mean im american? and i fucking care abou tthese people mean think about it IF there is a nuclear meltdown IT WILL HAVE GLOBAL EFFECTS . god some people need to wake uup

  • @darkfox3777 yeah , but the japanese dont give a fuck about anyone but them selves , their so racist towards whites and chinese its retarded

  • @darkfox3777 yeah , but the japanese dont give a fuck about anyone but them selves , their so racist towards whites and chinese its retarded

  • @x0jeffreyx0

After 15 years in Japan I can say that Japanese love white Europeans and Americans. The Chinese are another story ... the Japanese are the best friends we have.

  • @kayumochi Chinese also love white Europeans, been there 6 years n very good friends too

  • @kayumochi I honestly had no idea that they liked Americans. I thought they hated us as much as the rest of the world does.

  • @kayumochi That's because they fucked over China more worse than they did us.

  • @kayumochi Agreed. I do also love the Japanese culture. Their character, creativity, art, craftmenship and ability to live together in such numbers. Unfortunately they ofthen believe that the west is better in terms of technology than they are. which is in fact an error. Japanese should consider to kick out the atomic lobby and use their creativity once more to implement geothermal and other types of sustainable and low-risk energy transformation methods. I'm sure they can do it better than us.

  • @x0jeffreyx0 Which is why all their rescue workers were helping out in other countries immediately before the earhquake. Get your facts right.

And speaking of racist...... take a good looooong look in the mirror.

  • @x0jeffreyx0 It doesnt matter man i mean racism going t be there in ANY country/race in america people are still racist to blacks. in france they are racist to english people in iraq they are racist towerds americans its just a big cycle of hate maybe on day it will stop :D

  • @darkfox3777 racism has done been around for thousand's of years , it'll never change. your just feeding my logic , america destroyed iraq and sister countries , but no on gives a shit about their dead or their cities being demolished. so why the fuck should we care about the japs? what have they done for us? i mean they did kill a couple hundred thousand in world war 2..not to mention they had the dynasty of the rising sun for how many years wich fucked with everyones shit?

  • @x0jeffreyx0 They have bin allies oyu do realize they are on of our biggist allies in the pacific region? they ARE technolicly more advanced then us we need them and they need us. whats in the past is in the past you can not define an entire country because of a few corrupt leaders propaganda

  • @x0jeffreyx0

Who let you out of institutions for psychological help?

  • @jacoblcanada hahaha that is so mean

  • I dont know what's more fucked up? - this situation, or the lack of empathy(and general zenophobia)shown in these comments. I just hope that those people are safe from radiation poisoning.

    Peace & Love

  • @TheLastCelticBard it's funny how comments on RT channels can range from yours to religious zealots to omni-hating neo-nazis :P it always goes from one extreme to the other it seems.

  • @TheLastCelticBard It's Xenophobia

  • @TheLastCelticBard

YouTube is full of hateful idiots who can't care about anyone but themselves. The site's population is known for being composed mostly of trolls/haters. Try your best to ignore them and keep spreading the love. Love is to trolls as light is to vampires.

  • @TheLastCelticBard

maybe if the japs wherent so xenophobic towards the rest of the world even in todays day and age, more people would be sympathetic

  • @TENNSUMITSUMA just wondering what makes Japan xenophobic? How exactly are they isolating themselves?

  • @borderlandsgamer9001

xenophobia (ˌzɛnəˈfəʊbɪə) [Click for IPA pronunciation guide]

    — n hatred or fear of foreigners or strangers or of their politics or culture

    source: World English Dictionary

and you better believe that they not only hate foreigners but have a superiority complex, even when it comes to other asians (or orientals more technically).

ps: 1/10 that arent doesnt disprove the 9/10 that are so before you (or anyone else) comes with that 'not all' bullshit, save it

  • @TheLastCelticBard i could not agree more..

  • @TheLastCelticBard absolutely correct! It is a time for mass exodus.

  • u using da same footage again & again :(

  • @SPDZ16 sorry. they'll go make another explosion in the plant so you dont get bored

  • gamble they GAMBLE when dealing with nuclear reactors WTF

  • @Lucifer986 Well it's always a gamble. They just ASSUME, before building them, that nothing too bad would happen during the plant's running life (e.g. like an earthquake 9.0 Richter, or a meteor or what not) , or else... well, we're already seeing that 'or else'.

  • @MrEbonymam BOLLOX EBONYMAN, typical dumb creature. Besides some of the nuclear plants are USA made. JUST LIKE MEXICAN GULF RIG. Made in the USA= GLOBAL DISASTER.

    Most USA engineers are foreign.

  • Fuck U Shima

  • Humanity is learning a very needed lesson. They do not and will not ever have all of the answers. There are too many people who call themselves "EXPERTS" who, when the chips are down, don't really know that much.

  • amihsuoykcuf

  • One of the big problems with this disaster is how old some of these rectors are. VERY out of date technology!

  • Like Bob Dylan already said: "The answer is blowing in the wind..."

  • What? The Soviets were very open with the west about exactly how bad it was. The western powers decided to down play the disaster.

  • FML..

  • i think its america turn for the yellow stone to blow . its america turn to suffer

  • @wtf4688 Are you some kind of Nazi or something? Seriously, you sound like some kind of terrorist who would destroy America if you had the power. If you said that anywhere that isn't pro terrorist, they would probably send you to a mental insitution.

  • 100% right you dont wanna panic the people because it would be crazy thatz why they aint saying much
