  • I just relized how much easier it would have been if we didn't have those unhealthy options available at all.

  • you dont get free radicals from blueberries and other fruits, you get antioxidants, which prevent free radical formation. free radicals are carcinogenic.

But we don't get free-radicals from Blueberries or Acaí.

Instead we get Anti-oxidants from these foods to prevent the free-radicals damage in our bodies. ( 1:08 )

  • So if no milk, and I don't drink soda or coffee, am I just supposed to drink water with every meal?

  • @doublearash Yeah, mostly. Once and a while drink whatever you want, like tea or lemonade. After a while it just gets regular and you don't miss anything.

  • oil gets a bad rep, but its not too bad (in moderation of course)

if you are looking into other options try poaching, steaming, or smart balance spread

  • @creativeglu he just said! weren't u paying attention. coconut oil or extra virgin

  • ummm nice ass

  • awesome information!

  • also a tip in my opinion is do your weigh training first with heavy weights least 20-30 mins then after your training session speed intervals (google it) the sciences behind this is your body has burned out mosts of the carbs with weight session and by incorporating speed interval running your mostly burning away your body fat. by the way i recommend 15-20 mins speed intervals 2-3 times a week. much better than normal cardio and results will be better. Good video and honest advice. good luck!!!

  • am natural body builder in uk and this guy is 100% right regarding about food suggestings I would also recommend Hommous as it has alot of good fats with whole meal pitter bread warm it up in the toaster a great quick fixs with our busy life styles. Green tea is excellent choice of antioxides. Would also recommend add blue berrys and stewberrys in your cereal and scope of protien. Make breakfast your largest meal and dinner your smallest and train hard heavy weights and speed intervals

  • he forgot the snickers

  • Your like a super hench science teacher. And wtf. No milk. That sucks. I love a glass of milk :(
