  • Thank you so much for publishing such an awesome song.

God will continue to bless America as long as we Honor Him.

God Bless You for taking a stand!!

  • Its sad to think that my children will never hear the words, " In God We Trust." Because by the time that they are in school, it will be taking out of there. But they will always hear it at home. The schools have become to politically correct. Here in America we have done everything that can be done to erase his name. But as it says in the bible, Joshua 6: 25, " but as for and my house we shall serve the Lord."

  • We all have our own beliefs. Why do Christians find it so necessary to push their religion onto everyone else? That is not the American way.

  • @kubush If you want to talk about a group of people who are trying to push - no, make that FORCE - their beliefs on everyone else, it is the gay / lesbian agenda, especially same sex marriage. Another group who has succeeded in forcing their beliefs into our schools is the big bang / evolution promoters. Christians simply want the right to believe in God's truth - one man one woman - and - in the beginning, God - without being forced by others to accept lies.

  • @atimetoremember Are gay people forcing you to have a same sex marriage? LOL! No, Christians don't own marriage, nor do they have a right to dictate what science is. Religion is and should be kept personal. Leave my government out of it.

  • @kubush Same sex marriage is destroying Christian Adoption Agencies. A Christian Adoption Agency should not be forced to place children into a same sex marriage situation. Same sex marriage is causing Christian city workers to loose their jobs for refusing to sign marriage licenses for same sex marriage. Same sex marriage is forcing Christians who are unwilling to participate in a same sex wedding to loose their jobs as wedding photographers, videographers, caterers, bakers, etc.

  • @atimetoremember you know im not sure how same sex marriage was brought up, bu i just wanted to say i personally have no problem with it, i believe in god, and i believe in his book, but i refuse to demote others because of their sexual orientation. and would never stop a homosexual from being able to father or mother a child because of it. just a quick word to those christian adoption agentcies that have problems with this, as long as the children are in good care thats all that matters

  • @glambertlover507 I think you should take a little closer look at homosexuality and same sex marriage before you conclude that it is harmless or even equal to marriage of one man and one woman. All you need to do is look at God's design of man and woman to see that they are designed to be a couple. If marriage is no longer limited to between one man and one woman, then how long will it be until three or more people of any gender can be joined in "marriage".

  • @atimetoremember glambertlover507 - If you say you believe in God and believe His book - have you ever read what he says about homosexual activity?

  • @0Alfawolf0 Who made Satan?

  • @kubush God created the angels, including Lucifer - the angel of light. They were created with freedom of choice - to follow God or to rebel. Lucifer / Satan chose to rebel.

  • @atimetoremember So why did God make Satan knowing he would choose to rebel. See how your faith unravels with the simplest use of logic?

  • @kubush God gave the living beings in his creation freedom of choice to choose to do right or to choose to do wrong. If he had created beings that could only do what he wanted, they would have been no better than robots. Their blind obedience would have no value. They would not be capable of love. God wants those he created to "choose" to love and obey Him.

  • Awesome song by Diamond Rio - The song you are about to hear is from a Las Vegas Diamond Rio concert. They received an immediate resounding standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform. Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it is considered "politically incorrect." Consequently, the song was not released to the public. Although it is written for the United States it also applies to Canada and most other free Countries. You may want to share the song by circulat

  • How can people dislike this song? LIke seriously.

  • AWESOME!!!!!! Thanks, Diamond Rio, for standing up for what is RIGHT!!!!

  • @atimetoremember I don't know where you get your information, but the majority of scientists, Nobel prize winners and university professors are atheist or agnostic. Next time you go get an antibiotic because prayer didn't work, remember that a "demonic evolution believing" person did the work so you could live

  • I am a proud American and Christian. I am a homeschooler who teaches my kids the pledge and we say it every morning. They can take my flag away when they pry it from my cold dead hands.

  • AMEN!!!

  • American Exceptionalism - Our Declaration of Independence states that we get our Rights from God.

In All other countries people get their Rights from Government.

Therefore the Government Controls their Rights, and Can Take Them Away!!

Americans will Not allow that in USA - the Biggest reason for the 2nd Amendment.

  • Thank God some one in the music industry found someone with the morels an guts to show us all what is really happening in this country.. truth is God is all our saviors whether we want him or not hes there.... wonderful song sure would love a couple copys on cd , to share Thank you Diamond Rio for a powerful an loving song:)

  • When they took prayer out the schools everything went to hell !!!!!!

  • @hopefaithfaith You got that right! If you fill a child's head with big bang, evolution, and atheism, then how can you possibly expect them to develop any sense of morals.

  • @atimetoremember they rather teach them eveolution which is a lie and be damned than to teach them the truth which is the Bible, and won't allow them to pray over their food.

  • @atimetoremember Wow. What a stupid statement to make. Big bang and evolution are scientific facts, so its like you're saying, "fill a child's head with how gravity works and they wont develop morals."

  • @kubush kubush, I think it is you who has your "facts" wrong. Big bang and evolution are NOT facts - they are theories - even the scientists that made them up know that.

  • @atimetoremember Please learn what a fact and what a scientific theory is. They aren't exclusive, nor are they made up. Please learn basic science before dismissing them.

  • @kubush I know enough about big bang and evolution to know that it takes a lot more faith to believe in that than it takes to believe in God.

  • @hopefaithfaith because we Christians laid down and allowed it to happen, and it will get worse until we finally quit allowing it. People say they would die for Christ, yet they lie, they wont even chance being arrested for Him. People have to do like the judge that refused to take down the ten commandments, and lost his job, it has to cost us something, faith without works is dead and his works spoke loudly, too bad other judges didn't join him by posting the ten commandments.

  • im sorry but all that say religion and faith dont belong may the lord god have mercy on you fairwell while i and all of gods followers shine in his light at his feet i will stand up n back my faith to hear people talk about takin god out of this nation hes the only person that gives me strength if yall are against that then what is all this fighting and freedom for "AMEN" i pray you dont burn for eternity in hell

  • Great song and video!

  • anyone who doesnt believe in God you better change you're mind becouse Jesus is coming and I would hate for ignorance to make you burn in hell fire for eternity.I am going tobe with my God

  • In GOD we STILL trust!! I Know I do

  • As for Canada, we also were founded as a Christian nation. The Word of God was so important to our founding fathers that they engraved scriptures into the government buildings. You can come here and walk through the halls of parliament and into the various government buildings and read Bible verses carved into stone and wood.

  • Lots of Americans here arguing over whether or not your country was founded as a Christian nation. I'm a Canadian and I know your history, for it's the same as the history of my nation. American AND Canada were founded as Christian nations. The founding fathers of the USA escaped religious persecution in England and were free to practice their faith here... they were quakers and shakers and believed the Bible to be wholly true. I read that in history books as a child. I have always know it.

  • It seems to me that if those of us who claim to 'love and honor' God, would LIVE what we say we believe, there'd be a lot less strife in this country.

We scream about this country being founded on "God" yet we judge, damn, and hurt each of his children in our homes and in our nation.

And if we truly 'believe' in faith, then why not act on that faith and trust that God is with every single one of us. I am no better than the drug dealer, the murderer or the prostitute. Yet God is with me.

  • Bless the victims from 9/11 and there loved ones.

    ;'(

  • Jesus Christ is my Savior. He is God made man to die for our sins so we may have the opportunity to spend eternity in heaven with him. One day EVERYKNEEWILL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS JESUS IS LORD!

  • I AGREE WITH YOU ALL. THERE IS A GOD. AND IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN GOD. AND WHAT HE HAS CREATED, AND HOW HE CREATED YOU. THEN WHEN IT COMES TO THE CALLIN OF THE BELIEVERS TO GO TO OUR TRUE HOME. THE OTHERS WILL BE WITH THE DEVIL FOR ETERNITY

  • I still believe. God will bless those who never fail in there faith. God Bless America!!

  • ( Soldiers Prayer ) There is no greater love then to lay your life down for another.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son...

Our service men and women's sacrifice is one of the many reason our

Country is free! Today I received an American Flag in

honor of fallen comrad. It will stand on my mantel

in rememberence of him and a reminder for me to pray every day!! Tonight he is in the arms of our Lord. Trust in God always !!

  • You need to brush up on American history. Almost all of our founding fathers were what we call today Evangelical Christians. This is the reason why we start every session of congress with prayer built into every aspect of American living. And if you are still not convinced that our country is built upon these values let me bring you to the system of checks and balances. James Madison, the person who is known for creating Checks and Balances. He got his inspiration from Isaiah 33:22.

  • its a sad day that people would ban this song on radio stations its simply insane .... jason93p i pray for u to realize how wromg u are ... this nation was built under God ... its on our money we have songs about it the pledge of allegiance in our courtroom we place our hand on a bible ... how r u so deceived to say that God isnt in our nations beginning ...

  • this song is amazing

  • What a crock! If anything, we need less of "god" in our government and public schools. No wonder America is falling way behind in education. You think other countries teach creationism along with evolution?

  • Its "In GOD we trust" its NOT "In Science we trust." Its GOD and Hopefully, Always will be GOD. Not Allah, not science, not Buddha (Not that Buddha is a god), not Vishnu. Not ANYONE but God...Lets us pray it will continue to be God.

  • Happy 4th of July!

  • Guys, you are way off.

The founding fathers understood very well how important the seperation of religion and state is, most of them even opposed religion.

This song is just pure ignorance: Faith doesn't belong in schools and courthouses for a reason: America wasn't founded as a christian country.

Just reading most of the comments here scares me, the amount of ignorance and stupidity is unbelievable. I don't want to offend you, I just urgeyou to educate yourselves and form your own opinions

  • @Jason93P I feel sorry for you Jason93P. Obviously you went to school after the atheists managed to remove the TRUTH from our school's text books. I am amazed that you have the nerve to fly off in your own ignorance like that. It is you who needs to read the books written in earlier times before the TRUTH was removed.

  • @atimetoremember There is no" truth", and the bible certainly doesn't contain any truth: The bible contradicts itself, and we know for a fact, that God didn't write the bible, but people did.

And actually I've read the bible more than once, which I guess you haven't. I was very well educated on that matter, I've got to know the christian point of view, and the scientific/rational point of view, and I found the latter more convincing. Obviously you didn't have the freedom to form own opinions...

  • @Jason93P Jason, I am sorry that you are so blinded to the truth. I guess maybe you did evolve from some monkey, but I know I was created by God. If you want to keep believing there is no God, then you better pray that you are right or there will be HELL to pay.

  • @atimetoremember poor Jason, the reason why no one has found the so called missing link is because there is None..and God created man in HIS OWN IMAGE..

  • @Jason93P Bible does not contradict itself. Tell me what you think is contradicting? Ive not yet finished reading the bible, but Im am sure too. Let me know what you think is contradicting and Ill explain to you that is dose not. Unless your to ignorient to see truth in a book written by men, like how you learn, Books written by men . Who do you think writes your thories? MEN. you just contradicted yourself. Religion HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN THE WHOLE WORLD SYSTEM!!!

  • @atimetoremember He's right, faith doesn't belong in school, facts do.

  • @Snowgoon901 I would agree that FACTS should be taught in school. But that is NOT what is being taught. Schools teach unproven THEORIES such as "The Big Bang". It takes a whole lot more FAITH to believe that everything came from a mindless big bang than that everything was created by God.

  • @atimetoremember That's where you're wrong, schools (secondary public schools) do not teach of the origin of the universe. They do teach evolution though, that because it's true. You also must not understand the concept of a theory either. A theory is not a guess or a hunch. There is more evidence that back up "The Big Bang" than biblical creation. Still, it doesn't really matter which one takes more faith to believe, since both are unproven, they should just leave the origin alone. For now.

  • @Snowgoon901 First off, you contradicted yourself. You said evolution was true, but later said it was unproven. Second, evolution and creation have the same evidence, but the scientists interpret them differently.

  • @Snowgoon901 And what a BANG UP JOB our schools are doing filling our kids heads with all those umm...."facts". The left-wing, atheist/agnostic, education unions have managed to produce some of the worlds lowest math, reading and science scores. They always need more money. Seems that the only real progress they are making is in the removal of God from the classroom. We believers have a solid argument to make for our faith: eternal salvation. What do you non-believers have to offer?

  • @Jason93P How do you explain Moses on the Supreme Court building then? Have you ever been to Washington? You are the one in need of education! What do you think "In God We Trust" means?

  • @farmboy1455

Confucius, Mohammed, Hammurabi, and Napoleon are also on the Supreme Court building. The figures on the building are of many famous law-givers, of which Moses is depicted as one among many. "In God We Trust" was only added to currency after religious revivals swept the nation in the mid-1800's.

  • The 1st A doesn't say "freedom from religion". Read it. The key meaning as espoused multiple times by the Founders - who wrote it and understood what it said - is "freedom of" and "government shall not". Shall is not "may". It is prohibitive when it says "the government shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof". The gov has no lawful authority nor purpose in making ANY laws concerning religion.

  • @Jason93P Actually America was founded as a Christian country. All of the signers of the Declaration Of Independence were Christian and many of them were either ordained ministers or sons of clergymen. The reason for America's founding was religious freedom. A majority of the main settlers her settled here and founded this country were Christians who were being persecuted in Europe. So I think that you need to get your facts straight before you start spouting off at the mouth like this.

  • @Jason93P Seems to me you have forgotten history. Most of the first schools, and town meetings (government) in this country were held in Churches. Today when there is a disaster that renders a school building unusable, Churches usually offer their buildings to be used while the school is being fixed, and usually the school takes their offer. So if you can have school & government in God's house, why can't you have God in the school house & The White House?

  • @Jason93P Jason I'm praying for you

  • @Jason93P You need to brush up on American history.

  • @Jason93P You are the one who has it all wrong, Jason. And I have to second what "atimetoremember" said....you have been lied to on a massive scale by your "educators". You know not of what you speak. How sad. I hope you one day make an effort to pursue and discover the truth about the founders and the founding principles of this country. I'd like to help out with one key fact: there is absolutely NO SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE in our laws nor anywhere in the U.S. Constitution. MYTH!

  • @macmusic08

Except, you know, the First Amendment of the US Constitution that establishes a (in Thomas Jefferson's words) a wall of separation between church and state..... That's a pretty big one.... It was understood by most at the time it was written as a clause meant to protect not just "smaller sects of Christianity" (as is often claimed by evangelicals) but also Jews, Muslims, atheists, and other religious minorities.

  • @Jason93P I have educated myself. And I have formed my own opinions, and I KNOW GOD is real. But, even if America wasn't founded as a christian country - which, in my education, it was and still is, a majorly christian country - Faith is found in other religions, not just christianity: Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, even polytheistic religions have the concept of faith. All of these have no proof and that is what faith is - trusting in truth without proof.

  • I believe in god, and im not afraid to let the world know it. No matter how much people mock me for it, or how much people try to disprove it my trust stays with god because I already know he's there

  • Great video. With apologies to Diamond Rio, this one's better than the original.

  • if we take him out of america what good are we? im an american and i serve a risen god . god bess america!!!

  • If you are offended by this song, move to somewhere it doesn't apply! Here in America, THIS is what our Nation was built on! Anyone who has a problem with that can certainly choose to live elsewhere. . . that includes the idiot currently occupying our highest Civil Service Position, IMO!

  • THEY will NEVER succeed in silencing "Our Father Who Art in Heaven" ! NEVER !

  • And this song offends people? Sorry but they offend me by taking this song away. If you don't like it. Don't listen and change the channel.

  • I'm a proud American, I will Defend this nation when the time comes, and will do it proudly. I proudly fly a flag above my house everyday, and drive an American made truck. His bible sits comfortably beside my bed, and IN GOD WE WILL ALWAYS TRUST!!!

  • Great song! Where have I been? Today is the first day that I heard about this!

  • He 's the one 2 turn 2 when the going gets tuff

  • Amen

  • I believe this to be more true today than ever before. Thanks

  • Very true..Love this song..

  • I will be a voice for God in my life. Let them take His name off everything, but it will always be written on my heart, a place they can never remove it. I only recently found my way back to God after years of searching. I am putting my trust in God and in America.

  • I am an American, I believe in God, I will defend God as well as my great nation, I will die an American under God for whom I trust!

  • I put In God We Trust on all mail I send through the put oostal service. I refuse to take it of my life or off of my letters and packages.

  • America Is America Because We Do Believe In God. Islam has Conquered Europe but Will never have America.

  • Radio stations are refusing to play this because people are now deeming it 'politically incorrect' and Congress is reportedly getting involved. What is our president and our government afraid of? Insulting the ones that are dragging America down even further? Without God we are nothing.

  • @sunshineallthetime3 That story is an Urban Myth.

  • Amen!

  • i agree with alfawolf you cna take away my rights, all of my worldly possesions but you will never take my god from me he is the only reason for us being the unites states of america

  • This is a wonderful song - and your pictures are wonderful too. This is my absolute favorite film of this song.

  • It doesn't matter whether you believe or not, facts are still facts. So get used to it... you're here because of the christian beliefs.

  • God says that we shall have no God before Him. God is the Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end. In Him will I always trust.

  • I truely believe in this song. We need to push God back in to our nation. This song needs to be heard.

  • Love this song! :)

  • Amen!

  • It scares me to think that there are a lot of young people out there that do not believe...I pray for them and our country daily

  • @TheWilly1948

    Why does that scare you?

  • let just say its about time someone say what we all have been saying and I still belive in him and trust him with all I am

  • as european i say this; since god left europe things were finally getting better and they are still getting better finaly seperated country's are united in the european union, under god's presens we had somewhat of 400years war, human rights did not exsist, actually i am happy he left us else we would still be devided.

  • Four reasons why I think there is no god; A) Total absence from the natural world. No sign of a god, before, during or after, natural disastres B) The absolute absence of favoritism towards believers. Even churches need lightning-rods to protect them from god. C) The absence of any reaction, when crimes are committed in his name. C) The suffering of the innocent. One could accept that the guilty must suffer, but children ???

  • @lizazoon God doesn't give his believers an easy pass. He gives them obsticles to overcome and stay closer to him and the natural disasters are the same thing it happens to keep us closer to him. And when crimes are commited in his name he doesn't need to punish them now because they will have to face him sooner or later. And plus God is not only a God of love but a God of Wrath.

  • @lizazoon 4 reasons why I love and believe in God. A) God's wonder surrounds us. The beauty of the mountains, oceans, deserts, skies... none of that could have been a fluke. B) He's not prejudiced. He loves every being He has created, whether or not they will return the love is up to them. C) Why should He react? He won't force anyone into believeing. D) God never said that life would be an easy ride for all who love Him..but life is more peaceful to those who let go and let God have control. :)

  • We are already falling, watch for another 10 years you will see. If we continue to remove the presence of God from our societies. My biggest regrets is my grandchildren who 's going to live in this mess.

  • I believe in the right to free speech...The US Congress & President Obama is trying to get this banned from radio stations all around the country due to it being Un Politically Correct... Thank You Diamond Rio for standing up in what we believe in and making a stand for what this country stands for....

  • In God I still trust. I God this country still needs to trust. Most people in this country consider themselves Christians. I WILL teach my children the Pledge of allegiance with the words ONE NATION UNDER GOD in it. Thank God Diamond Rio took a stand with this song. I want to know what all these people who are so determined to take Christians rights away are going to say when they're standing face to face with the Almighty.

  • Wow.. Just wow.

  • Our constitution gives us the freedom of religion not freedom from religion.

  • i understand that some dont believe in god but most of us on here do and i dont believe we apreciate you coming on here and trying to change that or cussing or say something stupid if you dont like it dont watch it if you dont believe in it thats your prob but leave the rest of us alone im sorry that you refuse to believe but to me my god is very real and true an he is always there for me i still trust him so please dont mock my beliefs and i wont yours

  • I don't understand why people would be so ignorant by saying if we beleive in something and want to express that belief, we are putting everyone down. I truly believe in God and Jesus, the one who taught us to love all. How can anyone hate that messege , or not respect it? I don't think it's right to ban God from everything because it might "offend" someone. That in itself is offensive.

  • I hope that America will stay together, it is falling apart because of what our goverment is doing.

  • @jewlery203 I agree

  • funny how our government barely acknowledges god when everything's all great but when something like 9/11 happens, everyone starts crying and praying for his help.

  • I'm a Muslim and I love and believe in this song. "In God, we still trust." I Love Diamond Rio. I love America and I hope we can all live in peace, doesn't matter who we are we are all humans. May God bless Diamond Rio Love em! :)

  • This song is SO true!

  • Awesome! Our church choir sang this as part of a Patriotic Cantata for the 4th!

  • What I don't understand is: If one were to read the founding documents objectively, one would finish with the FACT that this song is exactly right. Out of ignorance, or taking some professor's word for it, people just blindly follow. No one reads for themselves, No one has ever heard of John Fox, Thomas Jefferson, Billy Sunday, George Washington, or even Abraham Lincoln when it comes to the beliefs that lead them in through their lives...GOD HELP US!!!

  • @jeffersonlokey When I was in school, these people were required reading - especially George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Abraham Lincoln. You failed the class if you couldn't tell the teacher why these people became part of history.

  • I am an atheist and I can truly appreciate this song. This song has a lot of meaning in it because no matter what people think in regards the founding of this nation it was created by Christians who felt that ALL religious views should be honored and respected. W/O Manifest Destiny (all about God) or even the Dec. of Independence (endowed by their Creator) we would not be the great nation we are today. So let up on the Christian-hate already.

  • To those atheists out there who keep making comments regarding homosexuality, let me direct you to actually learn something. Free speech isn't free unless you can say whatever you want. Just because I disagree with what a person says, doesn't give me or the government the right to squelch their speech. This isn't communist Russia, or is it?. "Hate" speech is still FREE speech, regardless if you or I don't like what we are hearing. We either have a 1st amendment or we don't.

  • @wtolp69 We're SUPPOSED TO have a right to free speech, but the Government wants to control what you can and cannot say. They're acting in a manner contrary to our founding fathers. I'm pretty sure they're rolling in their graves right now.

  • How many of you were asleep in class when the founding principles of freedom of religion and seperation of church and state were taught? I happen to trust in God and I also know I live in a country where it's none of government's business whether I do or you do or not. That's what plenty of our solders fight for. The ones who learned US history in school and not from TV preachers, egomaniac talk radio hosts, and country songs.

  • Wake Up OBAMA

  • If we take God out of America, then we will fall!

  • @jerry092521, it is fearfully true that if we who believe stand bye idly and let the godless take God out of America, then we will fall and the United States Of America will no longer be the greatest nation in the world.

  • @atimetoremember sadly enough the fall of the USA has already begun because a bunch of people are "feeling uncomfortable" if you even mention God, because they don't want to feel convicted, cause then that would imply they did something wrong.

  • @jerry092521 Yes! in God we still trust. I am not politically correct. I prefer truth! The American people are overwhelmingly Christian, and we need to stand up in unity, cross the borders of denomination, and let our voices be heard. We are the greatest nation. We are "one nation under God". Let his favor rain down on us.

    Selah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @jerry092521 THAT IS RIGHT!! THIS COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED BY GOD FEARING PEOPLE!!!!

  • Just one question.

Why is it that when we pray in school, they abolish it because it offends other religions?

Why is it that they want to take "In god we trust" out of everything because it "offends other religions"?

but when people plaster Buddha, etc. all over everything and it offends CHRISTIANS.

    WHY DONT CARE ABOUT THAT????

they could start praying to buddha in schools but when a christian gets offended, think about it, would they change it???

  • Very nice song & video. Yes, in God we still trust. Thanks for posting this video!

"In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence." ~ Ephesians 3:12 ~

(today us March 12, btw) :)

  • Wow great video, God is good!

  • Please...READ the founding documents!

All that is written is "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion."

So their only intent was for the state never to force a church by stating everyone must attend "this" church or pay a FINE (which happened back then) and then it would infer that the church should stay out of control of the state (because the church RAN governments in many places)

    That is the only "wall"

it isn't this twisted truth they keep feeding us...

  • Just a word here, about "diversity". What is considered offensive has nothing at all to do with the intentions of the so-called "offender"--rather the scale is weighted to favor the "perception" of the one who claims to be offended. Diversity, as a secular religion will be its own end. We embrace diversity with the understanding that somehow we're all alike. Either people are different, or they're not. If not, then all should be seen as, and treated with equal respect and dignity.

  • God: "homosexuality is an abomination"

    US Government: "homosexuality is normal"

Yes, my religion is being threatened.

    In God we still trust!

  • AMEN!

  • "No man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship or ministry or shall otherwise suffer on account of his religious opinions or belief, but all men shall be free to profess and by argument to maintain, their opinions in matters of religion. I know but one code of morality for men whether acting singly or collectively" jefferson memorial

  • The statements above were made to ensure religious freedom, but they have been bent and twisted so that they now restrict religious freedom. A Christian is no longer free to profess and by argument to maintain their opinions in matters of religion US public schools and universities. A Christian is in danger when simply stating what the bible says about homosexuality.

  • incorrect. Religious freedom means that you cannot force others to be Christian. Not allowing people to do that isnt restricted their freedom. How is a christian not allowed to profess? Nearly all teachers are christian or some such in america. How is a christian in danger?

  • Students have been told that they could not do reports on Christian subjects. Christian students have been forced to attend diversity classes which attempt to make homosexuality seem normal. Christian students are censored in what they can say about their faith when speaking at graduation ceremonies. Prayer is no longer permitted in schools. The teaching of the truth of Creation has been replaced by teaching the lie evolution.

  • People pray all the time in school, ive never heard of what you are talking about.I can see diversity classes, but honestly, ive never seen that either. Perhaps youre thinking of people who have commited hate crimes or beat another in school? As for teaching Creation in school...so youre saying that the government should pick which religion to teach, and teach taht in school. what if its a religion you dont like? Youre saying they should teach the Koran in school? Buddhism? which one, exactly?

  • Remember when football teams at the junior high/high school level, knealed down on the field before/after games and said a prayer. If you even thought about doing that now, you're out. They weren't forcing that on anybody but for some reason they can't do it any more- christianity IS being threatened. Also, the first schools in America were founded primarily to teach religion now they teach evolution. Creationism, believe it or not does cover all those religions anyway- one supreme being- God

  • High school football teams may not be able to kneel down and pray before or after a game, but I've seen it in the NFL. My question is what's the difference?

  • TheTarheelmom

Do you really not see the difference? Are NFL teams owned or operated by the government? It's the government (hence public schools) that has to stay out of the religion business (establishment clause). Outside the government (like in the NFL), religion can't be restrained (free exercise clause). The talk of religion being removed from the public square is nonsense. It's GOVERNMENT ALONE that can't be in the religion business. Excluding that, religious expression is a RIGHT.

  • Professional football players and all others associated are adults. Therefore they can't be targeted, coerced, manipulated, convinced, brainwashed, influenced or led down the "politically correct" path like the minor kids in the very liberal school systems. These nuts in the education world, K-12 and college have an agenda. Their philosophy is if you want to change the way America thinks, start with the kids, early and with in the school systems.

  • You obviously have a great misunderstanding of our basic constitutional rights.

Students are not censored as to what they can speak about, they have a right to free speech, but when you start a talking about how homosexuals are inhuman or something then it turns into 'hate speech'. You are only censored into what you can say if it is hateful or discriminatory.

Creationism has no scientific evidence supporting it, it litterally gets laughed at by the Scientific Community.

  • In is not considered hate speech when you say a murderer is a sinner. It is not hate speech when you say a thief is a sinner. Why is it hate speech to say that homosexuality is a sin?

  • @atimetoremember Because homosexuality is HARMLESS. Gays are hurting no one by being gay, and if your god is more, or even AS concerned about homosexuality as he is about murder and theft, then he is a tyrant, and I'd serve Satan in a heartbeat (assuming either of them exist).

  • @atimetoremember You shouldn't believe that it is a sin, and if you do, well, it is still none of your business. I don't want religions banned; just want it out of government-run programs & laws; out of schools & courthouses. The good part about teaching the evolution is the education of the evidence & discoveries of it & what it really is. Kids SHOULD NOT be taught about god & how he created the earth before the sun & light before both - they can learn that from home or church!

  • @Boxcutter7 As a Christian, it IS my business to BELIEVE that what God says is sin, is indeed sin. God's word is the definer of what is good and what is sin. If you don't believe in God, then there is no absolute basis to define what is good (right) and what is sin (wrong) - leaving people to do whatever they want to do. Our government, laws, schools, and courthouses need to be based on absolute truth, not on the changing opinions of individual people. And absolute truth comes from God.

  • @atimetoremember That's the truth! :)

  • @Boxcutter7 Abraham Lincoln once said "Our childern need to learn who God is and what he has done for this great nation. We shall teach our childerrn who are king is the Lord Jesus Christ!"

  • @nukeum2

Science is not the only method of knowing the truth. It has no bearing on what God can, has or will do.

Even Richard Dawkins himself said "refusing to believe something just because you haven't seen it yourself is absurd". Nobody is 100% sure about the nature of Genesis unless God gives us a sign, but there is no blaming people who trust prophets over godless men.

  • @nukeum2 You appear to have "a great misunderstanding" of the scientific method. It isn't "science" itself that supports the hypothesis that creation itself was the manifestation of an evolutionary process-but rather the presuppositions of those who want to 'believe" it to be so. In reality, one could legitimately argue that it takes far more FAITH to believe that something (creation) came from absolutely nothing than it is to believe that a Creator (God) created it.

  • @nukeum2 But Creationism hasn't been disproven either. Evolutionism is a scientific "theory" not a "law." A theory is a commonly accepted guess, though not fully proven. A law has undeniable proof, and is fully proven. And there is a thoery out there called theistic evolution too, that combines God and science. Don't believe me, google it for yourself.

  • @atimetoremember To add on to this, senior speeches for high school graduations are frowned upon when they use Biblical references.

  • @grendelee I hate to tell you it's slowly becoming illlegally to speak against what we believe that is morally wrong. At this point The homosexuals and the abortionist have more rights then a straight Chrisitian.

  • Of course anyone is aloud to express their opinions if they choose, but when it comes to working for the government you cannot be in favor of any religion. What don't you understand about the constitution?

  • It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. Psalms 118:8

  • Praise, Honor and Glory to the one and only God and his son my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

I would also like to thank this individual for posting this song. may God bless everyone.

  • Absolutely awesome!!!

  • When did America grow so apathetic that the communists took over and are now deciding whats right for us??? I will still say god whereever i please ... And if they're so dead set against us ...maybe its time to clean out the trash in our nations capital ...which is completley within our rights...

  • they said that this song is to contreversial to play on the radio. well i say if u dont wana hear it then dont listen to it this is an amzing song and needs to be more exposed to the public

  • Thank you Diamond Rio and thank your for your new release!

  • At a concert, this song received an immediate resounding standing ovation...Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it was considered 'politically incorrect'. Now Congress is getting involved.

Our president is saying that it is not fit for release because it offends some.

So America , see what you think.. can we say CENSORSHIP

  • In God we Still Trust, Obama get the hell out our way!

  • I now have faith again, I don't feel alone, Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, and the Son of the One and Only Living God. Without God the United States of America is nothing. Let our Lord be our guiding light and let men bow and kneel humblly that he may heal or nation.

  • I love this song and video; so well done! We believers need to stick together and let our voices be heard. We need to fight for what is right!

  • Awesome!!!!
