the engines in the ve ss is fucking awesome , nothing beats a twin system, if only the vy's and vz's had the same twin seperated setup instead of merging into one muffler out the back they would have sounded good too lol , i used to own a vy ss did a cat back on it and it sounded like a v6 with a exhaust mod lol

@GXPFiend hey, the l98 was the first of the ve 6L without any of AFM (Air Fuel Managment) stuff where as the l76 is what most of the new ( 09 - 10) models come out with, also the l76 with AFM has 10kw less then the l98, hope this helps

no its a L98

nah its the LS2 by stock, but you had the choice of having AFM (Active Fuel Management) which in that case you got the L98 engine, and a 4 speed Auto with 20kw less.

It's an L98 regardless of Trans and has a 6 speed manual or auto.

The engines with the AFM (Active Fuel Management) have a L76 engine which makes 260Kw 10Kw less than the L98

@yamumsmyusername Don't think you know your cars mate. Sure it has an L98, LS2 only in HSVs only the 6.0L Though, 6.2L is LS3 just thought i'd clear that up.
