Porridge is so difficult to get full off of, I can't have 100 grams i need around 300 grams of oats, what's wrong with me?

@QwertyNiji porridge should be easy to get full on. I recommend going on a parasite cleanse.

@XTheXDrumerX Cut out refined sugar, bread, meat and dairy and eat a plant based diet and the parasites will leave!

Cooking does affect the nutritional value of food. In this instance, I am only warming it and not cooking.
