They made a short movie about Ezio's father, It's called Lineage, the characters are real people aswell, i think you'd like it. I totally agree with your comment, the graphics are astonishing. There was a recent animated film released soon after Revalations too, its called Assassin's Creed Embers. It's about Ezio's final years, it's quite sad really.

Assassins Creed had a more slow, relaxed pace than the second. It was more story-oriented, and allowed less interaction with one's environment.

Although was based around the story, the story of ACII was ultimately better than that of the first.

However, slower (and harder) combat and lack of customization in the first allowed a level of fluidity and specialization in the animations which have been lacking in every game since.

The first was rough, it's mechanics set the basis for the future games

Why must hollywood take all that is good? Such as Prince of Persia The Sands of Time? There have been rumors in the waterworks for an Assassin's creed movie since number 2 was released. The thing is, why don't they just use the CGI that they've used for these commercials? So life like, so real, and completely to the story 100% In what way is it better to bring in real actors and skew the story? Hollywood, don't fucken touch this game!

@mjmegaplay Actually, Sony is making the movie, but Ubisoft only agreed if they had strict control over how it is made, so we might actually get a movie that is true to the series. If that is how it goes, I'll love the movies as well.

@mjmegaplay because paying actors is a lot cheaper than animating a full movie with CGI. Avatar did just that, and it was one of the most, if not, the most expensive movie to ever produce. however, this would be a waste, as an AC movie would only get a cult following through its gaming fans.

@mfu2000 They did not. Actually, it's AC2: Brotherhood and AC2: Revelations, Ubisoft said it was an expansion to AC2 (storywise) and with Revelations, Ezios story ends and AC3 is coming.

@Midnightkiller2 I was pissed off. Altair is my favourite, I much prefer his character to Ezio, and I prefer the 3rd Crusade to Italy. Personal preference, I'm not trying to say that everyone should like it more, I'm just trying to say that that is my opinion. I like all four games, but Ezio pisses me right off for some reason...I just end up wanting to slap him half the time, especially at the start of AC2.

But two was the better game...only because of the amount of things were fixed. I personally prefer 1 because I like Altair more, I don't particularly like Ezio as a character, and I prefer that historical setting more.

I love this game, the best of Assassins Creed saga, I cleared the game 5 or 6 times, and im not sick of it. But, with Brotherhood, even if I love that game, it isnt the same thing, and with Revelation the same thing. Ubisoft comfirmed Assassins creed 3 in the end of 2012, in september or december, and I hope they made the third like the second.
