its now the end of september, its my goal to have a perfect body (toned abs, no muffin top, get rid of this weird peanut shaped stomach!, hot legs, and shaped arms) before the middle of december. im doing it using %100 pop pilates i love your videos so much. everytime i use one of your videos i start out tired and feeling lazy but after its over im sweating with tons of energy, love the music. Hey, I'm going to Vanuatu in October and I really want to be toned and have barely any fat on my body, how long do you reckon it will take. I'm a little on the snug side of weight. I injured my left shoulder quite a long time ago.
Have you any advice on building up strength in my left shoulder. Most exercises are equally distributed and any exercise that is useful for the right is too much for the left
This video is so awesome! I have a quick question though. In the 4th (I think) movement where you lift up your core supported by your hand/elbow and toes/knees I can't stop using my arm muscles to lift up my body. Do you have any suggestions on how to use my core for this exercise?

I have a question, I have been doing your workouts for about 1.5weeks 3-4x's a week but I can never FULLY do all of them. I am SOOO self concious of my stomach. I've started doing turbo jam to lose the excess weight. I'm 5 feet and 133 lbs. And none of it is muscle lol. What combination of your videos should I do at once to trim down? You have so many great ones, I can't decide!

I just tried this and i love it! The first move i sadly couldn't do as i need to strengthen my arm as all that ballet has done to them is tone, but the rest of them wow i could feel it! At 4:35 i started with the elbows and knees but that was too easy, so i did arms and knees and plan to work my way up to doing it properly (my feet kept slipping so couldn't do that). Thank you!!

the exercise at 4:30 is particularly straining for me, no matter which way I try it : ( is this just because I'm out of shape or is strain just natural? When I try the first/easier version my arm really hurts and when I try the second/normal version I can't lift myself up. Any advice? does this just get easier if you do it more often?

I've always been really skinny but as of late my eating habits have been catching up to me a little bit...I go to the gym daily but i never knew how to properly target the hip/ab area. This video is a LIFESAVER..I am defs subscribing. Thanks girl!!!! :)

the exercise at 4:30 is particularly straining for me, no matter which way I try it : ( is this just because I'm out of shape or is strain just natural? When I try the first/easier version my arm really hurts and when I try the second/normal version I can't lift myself up. Any advice? does this just get easier if you do it more often?

OH GOD! this is probably my problem area and I need to lose about 10 pounds for July for modelling jobs but I think i'll stick with the abs and thigh workouts and just build up to this one, it's REALLY difficult :L x

Cassie I LOVE all of your pilates tapes!! I was wondreing if you could maybe come up with a 45 minute dance/cardio tape. Your pilates have seriously transformed and TONED my body so much, but I need to get in more cardio and I hate running :/ a video would be awesome!

hi, first I just wanna start up with saying thank you so much for being such a great rolemodel! but yeah, I actually wanted to ask you something, I want to look good for the summer, i'm not fat, but not skinny either, I exercise 6 times a week, plus i've just started doing your videos every day. I do this one, the butt blast, intense ab workout and slimmer inner tighs, do you think that if I keep doing this till july i'll look fit? I really don't want to feel ashamed about my body anymore

Im 14 and I guess I'm a little on the chubby side.. I've never been able to sit down and actually go through a workout before but I could with your videos for some reason..
You are my savior x3 My sisters wedding is in 3/4 months and I want to get in shape for it. How many times a day for a week should I do this to be able to lose my muffin top in time?
and any tips on little things I can do everyday to keep it from coming back or adding on to it?

@TheLilMissfit you can check my blogilates tumblr blog for fit tips. try this workout along with others. try to workout 5-6x a week alternating bt cardio and my pilates videos. 1 hr a day. good luck! you'll get in shape in no time.
