Mike, on the double thumb tecknique, what part are of your thumb hammering the G string? Meaning, you hammer once with your thumb and then the 2nd time with your thumb again but you're moving upwards...I've tried it but is my nail suppose to be part of hammering on the string? You know what I mean? It's hard to explain...
