  • The real heros are the firefighters and soldiers who risk (and often give) their lives whilst going infinitely beyond their job requirements. Unlike cops, the aforementioned do not rob, extort, assault, torture, frame, lie, perjure, conspire, racketeer, murder, plant evidence, and otherwise feloniously victimize the taxpaying citizens who pay their salaries. Rather, firefighters and soldiers almost always honorably and bravely perform their duties and then some, sans the god complexes of cops.

  • This was my uncles partner Joe, who took the day off and he took this very hard considering what would of happened if he was there, maybe it wouldve ended up better..

  • officer robert kozminski was my moms best freind and he was like a dad to me

  • when i was 15 in Mallow Ireland, i met the Grand Rapids Cheer leaders as part of that years international foke festival, I remember "Sherry" to this day as a lovely kindhearted person. Officer Kozminski comes accross the very same to me.

    My sincerest belated condolenses to the the family.

  • This is very sad, a true hero he was, and still is. i never met or had known the officer, but he put his life on the line to serve and protect, sadly he lost his life and fell in the call of duty.

    what a tragic loss this is to the world.

    my thoughts go to the family, even though it has been a while, he did not die in vain, he lost his life for what he believed in, and that is to protect and to serve all the free and innocent of this great country, it is sad to see such a Nobel man go like this

  • i think this is very sad. my heart goes out to the family. tim mcgraw and faith hill gave 5000 dollars to his 3 year old daughter(who is now seven). rest in peace. god bless your family. i wish the best for your daughter as well.

  • I went 10-42 from my shift at GRPD at 2300 hours the night before and when I woke up that sunday morning and turned on the TV and saw the news.....I didn't want to believe it. It changed me forever. God Bless You Koz! WE will never forget. RIP
