I dont know what the reason is, but liek you guys are saying, it is not only a law but it makes them think they can come up further on the land. And liek you guys, i strongly disagree with it. I'm also moving to south ambergris caye. Scary if I do say so myself.

The rest of the time the crocs, who associate humans with food, come into people's yards. It is illegal and frowned upon by locals. I couldn't come to your country and break the law, citing ignorance. Please leave Belize's protected species alone and stop putting our community at risk.
