Obama's father was a British subject and his mother American. So Obama was born a dual citizen.

So the question is, what is the definition of Natural Born. If the definition is born on US soil to parents who are both US citizens, Obama fails.

During McCain's eligibility senate hearings Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy defined Natural Born when BOTH parents are US citizens and born within the US or foreign US territory.

I only asked a simple question, What is the legal definition of Natural Born? It was an issue with McCain, it was an issue with Obama and it will be an issue again.

From what I've read the constitution and US code does not define "Natural Born". Natural Born was defined in the old US Revised Statutes sec 1992 but those statutes are no longer law.

Yes we can move on from here but unless the term is legally defined we will be back again.
