Desmond Tutu, Nelson Mandella, Winnie Mandella, Ronald Kasrils, the South African Union of Students and the South African Student Congress have all called Israel's policies and actions toward the Palestinians as apartheid. On Aug 4, the South African students stated “We lived apartheid, we suffered apartheid, we know what apartheid is, we recognize apartheid when we see it. And when we see Israel, we see a regime that practices apartheid.”
The Russell Tribunal on Palestine and its eminent panel of international jurists has determined that Israel's practices against the Palestinian people are in breach of the prohibition of apartheid under international law. Following two intense days in Cape Town listening to testimony from expert witnesses, the Tribunal concluded unanimously that "Israel subjects the Palestinian people to an institutionalised regime of domination amounting to apartheid as defined under international law."
"What we need to stand up and say is not only did they attack the USS Liberty, they did 9/11. They did it. I have had long conversations over the past two weeks with contacts at the Army War College, at it's headquarters, Marine Corps and I made it absolutely clear in both cases that it is 100 percent certain that 9/11 was a Mossad operation. Period." -
Well, For once I don't recall seeing a quarter of a Palestinian ghetto population dieing of disease and starvation, and then the surviving ones sent to KZ camps for extermination - Leaving 0,0005% of the initial population alive in the end.
Given that just about any half decent historian that have studied the subject will confirm that life expectancy in Jewish ghettos in Nazi controlled territories at the time was somewhat bad and that the ghettos was a key part of the evolving solution of the Jewish problem – yes, Call them brainwashed with “Zionist propaganda bullshit” if you want.
@knutgordon What is the life expectancy of the people of gaza, denied medical attention by the israeli terrorists? Do you know?? After all you've had a hundred years to research it. As opposed to the three year period you claim to know so much about which compromised the "jewish ghettos". Puh-LEASE!! Have you jews no shame???
Life expectancy ghetto Gaza :73.92 years. male: 72.27 female: 75.68 years, as pr 2011
From a humanitarian condition Gaza is doing better than majority of Muslim countries.including neighbor Egypt. Gaza also is the locus of one of the highest birth rates/population growth in the world. Now, compare that to for example the Warsaw Ghetto during WW2, Yep, its surely no difference between them. You guys shamelessness is only surpassed by your ignorance and sheer stupidity.
@knutgordon I'm supposed to believe data handtyped, about palestine, from a Jew?? You people are so behind the curve you don't even know how much credibility you've lost. In short, like the american republican party, your one sad little ally in the world (Cain and Palin...he he), you can no longer even lie properly. And that is a very bad thing for a zionist jew.
Oh dear, will this display of mental impotence never end?
The "Jew hand typed data" is estimates for year 2011 from CIA fact book.
PCBS ( Palestinian National Authority Central Bureau of Statistics) state the life expectancy in ghetto Gaza in 2009 as 69,9 year for males and 72,5 year for females, the crude birth rate 36,9/1000, the crude death rate 4,1/1000. I assume PCBS are Zionist Jew lier's as well?
Nice to see some Israeli shills commenting here, trying to explain that only Israel has a right to exist. It boggles my mind when ignorant people try to claim there has never been a Palestine, and it usually leads to some demented view that international law should have no bearing on Israel because some believe a deity gave it to them forever, several centuries ago. This is nonsensical, when we are told that we must observe the laws of the land... but Israel is continuously exempted from that.
Non-violent protest, is a step in the right direction. I don't exactly see security as an excuse, but I wouldn't doubt it's being used to segregate rather than to merely procure sustainable peace.
This whole conflict might have been resolved a long time ago if people boarded Israeli buses with T-Shirts with slogans instead of bombs and knives. This is little more than a a disingenuous publicity stunt, but is excellent PR. Although they was not was arrested for riding in a Jew buss (there is no law against that) instead of for attempting to illegally entering Israel and refusing to exit the bus at the border control post. Wonder what would happen the other way around?
It doesn't matter that Arabs ride “Jew” buses or trains add mass, when they can expose the apartheid policies of "Settler buses" and Rosa Park style racial based segregation and humiliation - by entering a bus in Yesha heading straight for Israel, knowing their paper less joy ride would be aborted at the border surrounded by dozens of reporters called in to witness the spectable. If you want to witness real segregation at work, look for a judenrein blue and white striped bus line.
If you bother to look beyond obvious heavy biased "real news" you can easily confirm it yourself on more solid news sites. They entered and payed ticket on on said segregated buss. traveled with the buss unhampered until they reached a border security check. As they did not had a permit cross the border nor papers, they was asked to leave the buss before it entered Israel, They refused to leave and made a scene, was arrested and removed -in front of numerous journalists.- A Pallywood classic
"you can easily confirm it yourself on more solid news sites"
Instead of chastising me and repeating your claims, why don't you do what I've been asking you to do. Back that up. I'm literally asking to be informed, so what's the hold up? I'm not denying what you're claiming, I'm just asking for you to substantiate it, but the longer you refuse to do that the less believable your claims become.
Man, this is bullshit. I can't believe things like this still happen in the world. I say bravo to these Freedom Riders, I hope that their influence spreads.
social change, all over the world! It started in Egypt, then spread to Wall Street, Palestinians should push for change, too!
Just not with rockets and violence, because they CLEARLY achieve more bloodshed and hate than social change.
And of course not a single critical thoughts on why the roadblocks, checkpoints, the separation wall, etc might have been placed there in the first place. The small difference to USA a few decades ago is that Rosa Park & Co did not have a prior history of suicide bombing and terrorism. Palestinians apparently successfully make security regulations they largely self have sculptured over years of terror and attacks appear as they are pure segregation laws.
@knutgordon, it's important to remember that israelis living under the threat of palestinian rockets are living above the ruins of what were once palestinian towns.
Which Palestinian towns would that be? The Palestinian "country" was little more than an artificial administrative creation. The Palestinian "people" likewise ( Prior to Israels creation the Jews in the area were the ones called Palestinians), Until the partition plan was voted in UN, there was only one someones colonial territories. If Israel was not established , there would be no Palestinian citizens and a Palestinian quasi state today.
@knutgordon, there's no point; you're hopelessly misinformed.

These day "Palestine" is parted by 5 countries. This is basic history, not the claim of whatever author or conspiracy theory you are refereeing to
@knutgordon According to the UN the Palestinians are under occupation and under international law they are allowed all forms of resistance, including armed resistance. If Israel removed all of their settlers from the occupied territories like France did from Algeria in the 20th century there would be no need for the "security regulations".
Fact: Israel is illegally colonizing lands.
Quit trying to justify the unjustifiable; it's only serving to make you look stupid.

better the UN withdraw recognition of israel to make way for a single, secular state of Palestine"
That's what we're talking about. Resolution 242. Palestinians could then declare independence.
@Otzmatron, barak refused to settle jerusalem and the right of return. arafat refused to accept a partial deal. barak withdrew on the pretext of upcoming elections. there was no place for sharon to insert his wrench but he did so, anyway, following the same tried and true tactics practiced by the israelis from day 1: negotiate in bad faith and continue expanding the settlements.
@Otzmatron, i'm not talking about UN res. 242. i mean an end to the state of israel to be replaced by one single, secular state of Palestine comprising present day israel, the occupied territories, gaza and the west bank. the golan heights should be returned to syria. all should have the right of return and 1 adult = 1 vote.
@mispistoleros "israel to be replaced by one single, secular state of Palestine"
That's not feasible right now. After central banks are abolished and the global economy freed from the hands of big government and banks, many Israelis would move to Europe and the US, there are many who already left, this will expedite the trend.
Plus, remember, there are religious Palestinians in the now traumatized and radicalized Gaza strip. They would not appreciate the idea of secularism.
Palestinians has yet to accept the legitimacy of the presence of Jews in their pipe dream state, although there are some technical differences: Hamas want a Judenrein state; Fatah, otoh, might let Jews who can trace their lineage in the areal to pre 1917 stay, but all others must go ( off course not applying said criteria to Palestinians) so there is really no reasonable expectation that said state would be overly secular, democratic or a shining example of harmonic coexistence
@knutgordon, the illegal colonists involved in Rothschildistan, aka Israel, a criminal colonial enterprise, have yet to accept the fact that their "homeland" already has homeowners.
"roadblocks, checkpoints, the separation wall"...hmmm, sounds just like apartheid south africa.
These brave Palestinians are going to get themselves shot...hell the Israelis shoot Palestinians for sport...giving them a reason...any reason is thought of by the IDF as "Open Season". Israel is a disgusting country full of racist murderers and thieves.
The terrorist state of “Israel” (no relation to the real Israel) is the problem. That so many people still think that they’re the underdog is due to the power of their well-financed propaganda press and the U.S. politicians they own.
My prime minister also supports this war hungry rascal of a country Israel. When you have only 2 candidates to chose from and theyre both funded by israel through an incredibly corrupt system of foreign aid being returned in the form of campaign contributions, were paying to bribe our own politicians against our interest.
@BWCmike -Back in the day nazi germans pretended to be victims, escaped amongst real victims, and stowed away to what is called israel, that is why you see natzi german tactics in use.The leaders are natzi german offshoots or relatives and they play the roll of the victim to this very day all the while doing the same tactics as before.
Israelis don't want another people to coexist with.
Simple.
Yet that dosnt bother the UN or American politicians.
