Actually I think they're using a mix of "cute" suonds and here and there you can spot words in spanish "Para ti" (when a mionon gives Gru the recital ticket) and in italian, at the beginning, when a minion is laughing about the water dispenser (he says "spetta spetta" which is slang for "aspetta", i.e. wait).

I think there are other languages and lots of nonsense words.

@knahc15 Yes, it is. I use a program called Free Youtube to MP3 Converter. You can also try VDownloader, wich is one of the most popular softwares for downloading youtube videos. All you have to do is change AVI to MP3 on the output.
