  • @Barrenthevampire

    Hi

    Hi

I try my best but when I jump and try to make it short, I get questions for even small small things so I started sharing all possible tips, ideas and suggestions I could share....so..

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

Your video is absolutely correct as you cover all minor tips as well. So keep it up and good job.

  • @kinjal272

    Hi

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • Thank you so much for this recipe. This is my 4-year-old son's favorite, and we usually buy this, and now we can make this too....

But one simple request, on at least half of the video, i just moved the cursor to the next point. I mean if you try, this video could have really shortened to 5 or 4 minutes, and that would have made it a more enjoyable watch. I feel most of your videos are a little bit more stretched and i mostly move the cursor to the next point....

but they, that is just me

  • if i can't find jaggery can i use sugar?

  • @neil2090

    Hi

Yes, you can make with sugar this one. Let sugar cook till it changes color to brown and then add peanut. Same recipe instructions can be followed. Enjoy!

  • Adding few dry Raisins, will make it more yummy!

  • @getsaby

    Hi

I am sure you can make your own...enjoy!

  • where do u buy this kind of jaggery...i usally see the hard one

  • @nkarowalia

    Hi

I bought this from Canada but I feel like it is better to use hard one. This takes longer to settle down even and too much sticky. Enjoy!

  • HI Bhavna, Thanks for the recipe.

Can we buy peanuts that are already roasted and just use those? Also, I have never seen liquid jaggery only solid jaggery at Indian grocery stores.

  • @akemp7777

    Hi

Yes, if you can find unsalted, you can use them. Don't worry if you haven't seen this type of jaggery since I recommend using hard one. Enjoy!

  • what is jaggery?

  • @absolutblue

    Hi

Jaggery or gur is a specific type of sugar popular in India. It is normally manufactured from either sugar cane or date palms, but recent trends in its manufacture have resulted in jaggery made from the sap of coconut and sago palms. While jaggery is useful in cooking, it is also an ancient part of Ayurvedic medicine and has spiritual significance in India too.

    Hope this helps you. Enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight thanks so much
