its a techqine good animators in pivot use example:

ll-l--l----l---l--l-ll see?then its smoooth and combin that with the right physics and then theres heavy spacing example:

no, easing is supposed to replicate the effect of an object picking up speed gradually, then decellarating as it stops.

basically, you start of with small movement, then bigger, then bigger, then smaller, then smaller, then stop.
