I used to have a chihuahua who was scared to come down stairs but it wasnt because she couldnt see the bottom of the stair case, it was because when we got her at like 9months old, she lived in a 1story so there was no stairs. When we brought her back home from California over the memorial day weekend, she was just looking at the stairs like, "What the.......what is this? Are you kidding me?" Lol, she started off walking slowly up and down the stairs but eventually she got used to it and ran. x]
My dog was afraid of stairs when it was younger. It was like two months since I adopted it till it would finally go up and down them. It was a big dog too. This looks like an older dog though.
@wildestmonk Because where he lives the stairs are straight, and he can see bottom. These are spiral stairs, and he can't see where they go. Thats why he keeps looking off the side to where we are.
tht is so sad yall should pick him up and get him ethier tht or get something to help him down the steps

My Dog Did the Same Thing They Don't See Like Us they Smell .Just Put Food On Each Step And Make Sure He/She doesn't Fall
