@CCC- guy gets a head injury, sees the world as Silent Hill, people as grub-like monsters. Finds something that looks like a normal girl still, actually a parasitic alien. Feeds it his doctors, it also eats anything it sees that is afraid of it. Alien makes a deal with him to infect the rest of humanity, turning them into aliens as well, so that everyone will look normal to him again.
This wasn't a game so much as it was a graphic novel with two branches, but it's still amazing. They'd be out of their minds to not make a #2 someday.
Wow. You don't deserve good adventure games. I don't understand how ANYONE can walk away from this game without feeling inspired and blown away, let alone feeling disgust.

With Fuminori and Saya dead, Kouji, although cursed with insanity, had experienced the most dangerous situation of his life. From now on, nothing will phase him. Maybe he'll evade the police's search and start a new life. What I don't get is Dr. Tanbo's ghost reminding him of the legacy he must fill in her shoes.
That's not her ghost. He just became crazy after all that happened with him and is heavily implied that he will end up killing himself with Ougai's gun which, just like Dr. Ryoko, he now hides behind his bathroom mirror.

A story that has a sad ending just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Thats why I make up my own endings so much.

none of this game's endings were even remotely happy except the 'true end'
