i play the diabelli sonatinas for practive, and afterwards i listen to your interpretation which is really awesome, i try to do it like u because i like it so much :)
@smg86 That's great to hear! Make sure you listen to some other interpretations too - some other players may have better ideas on how to play certain passages than I do!
Absolutely superb. Congratulations, you have encouraged me to return to the piano and take it up once more. Your technique is so tranquil yet controlled/measured, what a wonderful talent you have. Congratulations and thank you for sharing this with us. Best wishes, Anthony (29), Melb, AUS.
@beatlific Thank you for your really kind comment, Anthony - and I wish you every success with taking up the piano again; I'm sure you won't regret it!
Bravo maestro!! I wasn´t able to finish learning how to play this Sonatina because I had to quit studying piano lessons and I hadn´t listened to it since 1989.
You have such a subtle and gentle touch. My grandson plays piano has viewed this video and says your techniques is excellent. What a lovely selection of music to bring to all of us in YT land. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Thank you for your very kind comment. These sonatinas are fun to play, and fit well within the YouTube time limits. I hope my sonatina videos will be useful for young people learning them (even if I may sometimes be showing them how not to play the pieces!)
