polaris sucks i had a polaris sportsman and i lost control and i wrecked it into a pole and it is not a slow moving work vehicle its way faster than a rzr

rzr is a great machine but if you want to haul wood or pull out therzr you'll need the teryx

no offense to polaris because i have one and so does my dad and sister and i love polaris but the teryx is a utility not a sport vehicle so if you are going to do a comparison do it with a real sport vehicle not the tird teryx why do you thing the polaris won so bad i mena it would of won anyway but it would have at least had some competition.

i think they shouldve compared the teryx with the ranger xp, because the teryx is not just a performance machine, its also a work machine, plus the challenges were only about performance and things the polaris would win; like passenger handrail... overall the teryx is a much better machine

It's obvious polaris must have been the sponsor of this. why don't they show pictures of uumm I don't know, maybe my kawasaki mule 610 pulling my neighbors 800 polaris ranger out of the woods with a 20 foot log behind it. He got stuck and needed me to pull him out. He thought I wouldn't be able to pull him with the log still hooked up, but I did. The dealer that sold me the mule also sold rangers and told me the mule would outwork the ranger any day of the week. I'm considering getting a teryx.

u no wats dum is that u can buy a rzr-s 800 and jst put a cam shaft and it can f up and other side x side

RZR's are nice for play only (i'd like to have one), but my 09 teryx monster energy has yet to be beat on trails by any SxS. If you've got the balls to push the pedal and can drive. Well lets just say I'm the equalizer!

My friend just baught a 1000x commander its got 85hp and will do 80 stock and the 800r commander has 71hp and the 800 command alone will smoke everything out there speed wise and hp wise!!

@tibbetts2345 Not now. Since polaris came out with their 900cc, 88hp polaris rzr not even the commander 1000 will beat it. No dont get me wrong, it would be a VERY good and close race between the two but the rzr 900 will come out on top.

By hell check mine out 75 mph Kawasaki muzzy computer chip 0ver 17 grand I've raced em all there good machines but don't knock a Kawasaki to you ride one

the cammander body style looks just like a rzr, I guess if cant beat a rzr, copy their body style and install a bigger engine and you will have a can am commander 1000.

They compare the sport version of the Ranger with the work version of the Teryx instead of the new sport version of the Teryx. How about comparing apples to apples.

this is fucked up , its a commercial made by POLARIS for sure its gonna win , and also they only show the rzr never the teryx , and the teryx has a rev limiter set a 6000rpm witch the rzr is a littel higher , so the teryx cannot deliver its true potential!!!. so dont think by bying the rzr it will be better, cause i know of some problem's it has with the motor!

@koobsw well then theres no comparison there , i just read the new dirt wheels mag and they said that the commander 800 feels faster than the rzr , teryx , rhino and the arctic cat 700

@09raptorfreak you're right there is no comparison I think I read the comander 1000 has 81hp. so nothing will touch it. imagine if you modded the 1000 you could probably hit 100hp pretty easily.

@koobsw thats alot of horsepower 81hp , thats probly at the crank not at the wheels , if thats at the wheels oh my god!!!! a beast , yeah my teryx makes 46 at the wheels , but what sucks more its the rev limiter thats kicks in at 81 kmh , but it gets there quickly
