(once the original clause came into effect) Obama has one American Parent, one Foreign Parent, lived outside the USA under a different name in his youth,. His parents very likely either forged some documents for the USA or for a Foreign country about his status, it is unclear which, but they are currently unexplainable and mutually exclusive. For this reason he has some doubt.

It is the duty off the congress and the senate to find or not find his orginal birth certificate. If they can not find such said document then it is thier duty to remove him from office in a prompt fashion.
