I extract it where it says and still i get a problem saying this application has failed to start because libgimp-2.0-0.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Any help!

Hmm never heard of this before. You have installed the nevest version of gimp? It's 2.6. And have you used the exe version?

I can't scale the image! I click scale after I put it 1o 1024x1024 and unconnect and nothing happens. X(

i downloaded the gimp-dds-2.0.6 and i dont have any previous versions. i dont know where to put that file

Is it when you install the plugin? What version of gimp do you have, and where do you put the file?
