I feel God sent me to this video this morning. Im Bipolar and have not been in a good place today, bouts of uncontrollable crying and havent had more than 3 hours or so of sleep in days. I was feeling frustrated, ready to give in and just let the "episode" take hold and ride it out. Then I saw this video, laughed my rear off! My favorite emotion is laughter through tears and Mark cemented that during these rough times I just gotta turn to my Lord.
@vocalxpressions I can concur with Mark on that one. I've ridden in the back of an ambulance. He's exaggerating a little but nut much. You can definitely feel every little bump in the road a lot more than you can in your normal vehicle.
