I should know, I played clarinet for 3 years in high school (including a first place finish in regionals) which by the way can be just as difficult as playing football if done correctly.

So, would it have been the cheerleaders fault if he had run into them and broken his leg? The stadium is too small, and I'm sure the band had permission to put their stuff there. Being on an equipment crew for band, we get orders on where to place our equipment from the athletic department. It's not the bands fault... Why don't you start blaming the band when your team loses too.

The player would arraign the owner or the people who organize the stadium. This is a tremendous irresponsibility leaving those wagons there, on the side of the field. Players can go out of the lawn at any time. This was an accident that could have been avoided if the organizers were more careful.
