Dentists should advise patient not to smoke, consume highly coloured, hot or cold foods or beverages for at least 2 days after treatment.

one quick follow up question to any dentist here. my dent told me 1 month until i can consume any juice, can i shorten it to 3 weeks? im scared i dont wanna stain my teeth. how long ideally does it take on average for the teeth to re mineralize after such procedure?

It has no side effects. Teeth sensitivity is taken care of in the procedure. It has excellent results.

bullshits. what are ur credentials? whitening is in theory wrong .. sensitivity is exactly the prove against peroxide H2

I wouldn't suggest to anybody bleaching unless the stain is intrinsic. And by the way no dental hygienist believes in those crest whitening productsm and those whitening mouth washes so dont spend more money. if you want your teeth bleached go to your hygienist, and if you use mouth wash just get regular Listerine .
