ok i understand why people say it sounds like nickelback and they have a point to a certain degree. but its also unique to them because of how they play. they have a somewhat similar rhythm for the song compared to nickelback. but its also not like it. this is one of the songs from their new album i actually enjoy.

This song makes me die a little bit inside. You can hear it's FYS inside there somewhere, but it really does sound like Nickelback. There is nothing I used to look for in FYS in this song. I'm praying something else on the album is better.

I've been with them from the beginning.I hate to see them guided in the wrong direction by a shitty producer but I just really dont like the sound on this record. I can hear Four Year Strong in there, but it sounds like them trying to sound like other radio rock bands. I dont think that this is any fault of the band themselves I just think they were working with a producer who didnt get what they were all about.

@thisispt If you look at David Bendeths credits its clear that radio rock is the kind of album he is used to producing. But if Four Year Strong came to town I'd still be there from row center. I probably just wont listen to this album as extensively as I have the last one. I'm not trying to insult this band, I just think their sound suffered on this album probably due to the producer.
