@TrueGamer181 - RPGMaker 2 is more customizable than 3 but the graphics are kind of meh. 3 is easier to use and some of the graphics are pretty nice (though the animations are incredibly stiff), but it isn't very customizable. It all depends on what type of game you're looking to make and whether or not you're just starting out with RPGMaker.
