Sometimes I can feel the love in Jonny's guitar playing and it gives me the chills. He truly loves Chris and Coldplay.

Yes, you can see that Jonny's solo on Talk is his moment of glory. The best performance of Talk that I've seen is from the 2006 Grammy's, which can be found here on Youtube. Before the solo, Chris walks to the back of the audience, then cues up Jonny for the solo. Chris comes running back to the stage, playing an air guitar with Jonny's solo. It is one of Coldplay's most exciting and beautiful moments I've ever seen from Coldplay. Jonny puts his heart and soul into it!!! Coldplay = Love.

I actually agree. His voice is DEFINATELY shot. I know from firehand experience playing shows at professional venues and if you're not prepared or if you have to sing for a prolonged period of time you start improvising like Chris is doing and start craching like at 1:54

So, his voice cracks once in a while because he does back to back concerts. If you loved Chris you would not even make such an observation. I admire him for his beauty, incredible strength and vitality.

Well I mean I love Coldplay and stuff as well and I aint hating on them. I'm just surprised that his voice is that shot...

His voice is giving out, especially on the high notes, but he pulls most of it off. Notice Guy's helping him with the background voices? Heheh. I can imagine how difficult it would feel to be in front of 10,000 people and your voice starts giving out. Yet, he makes it through fairly well. He has trouble with the high notes, it seems, and this song has a lot of falsetto! Poor guy!

@beigecamouflage I've seen the band more than ten times over seven years and this was the worst I've ever heard Chris (for the whole concert - I was there). Worse than Manchester last year, when he was clearly sick as a parrot (we were front row). He could have been sick, and was probably exhausted at the end of a gruelling tour. I think he has more vocal tuition/assistance now after years of struggling with his voice.

And Guy and/or Will often sing backing vocals.
