The Same way the ESRB is not a State Law but a Rule regulated by the Video Game Industry. The same with the CAC or the Comic Book Association Code. You can go to the MPAA website and look it up yourself. Also I am a Nevada Legal Expert.

I went to the Comic Con in San Diego and got to see this panel live as well as saw the sneak peek trailers for the film. I honestly can say I have never been so excited about an upcoming film. The film appears to stay true to the comic book and the action scenes are absolutely incredible! This film is going to be a huge success!!!
