  • If we had a "Christian" festival in Iraq, they would behead us. Fuck you muslim bastards for poisoning our values. You know you are all filth. Do us a favor and die already. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS FOR THIS VIDEO AND KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • Please watch this video on Youtube called:

Sarnia SWAT Team Invades Town House and Arrests Bystander

    Here is the link below:

    /watch?v=dwqTImEJr0s

  • fuck the muslims and fuck america

  • The muslims explained the RULES to the Americans IN AMERICA!!!!!! Americans ought to be outraged.

  • Right here in America, folks, AMERICANS were arrested for exercising their free speech rights. Suppression of the truth is a hallmark of Islam and according to sharia you can't talk to muslims about any other religion or speak the truth about the teaching of Islam. Because these Christians know ISlam well they anticipated their arrest. This should concern every last American. Islam is an enemy of liberty and ought to be eradicated from the earth.

  • it's a private property. it's not a public sidewalk, it's a private property. think ! why would a security guard work on a public property (is it because the lack of police officers !) the police is hired by private property owner to assist the security guards.

  • Nowdays Its nothing about muslims and christian. Its corporatist government and what backs the government thats blocking people from converging or protesting against their evil acts of manipulating..... the world.

  • Police may NOT order you to turn-off recording devices, per the ruling of the U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals in July 2011

    .

  • @4:40 Antonio Santana isn't really helping your cause much. Instead of harassing Muslims why don't you spend your free time reading the Bible and trying to improve your spiritual soul. You "christians" need help, and lots of it!

  • an idiot trying to tell other idiots about his idiotic beliefs. wow...

  • @Buck2120 Kind of like what you just did? is it not your belief that their beliefs are idiotic.

  • @HebrewTiger no some things are just true. like how the sky is blue, for example. if someone told me the sky was green it would be true that that person is an idiot. same goes for the religious idiots. thanks for your question!

  • @Buck2120 So you're saying that your opinion about belief in a Creator is an objective fact grounded in reality akin to the light spectrum?, would you please show me any evidence that supports your so called "Truth" So would I be safe to say that your belief in a Creator is above opinion and is completely objective as oppose to it being your personal belief that all religions are wrong?

  • @HebrewTiger no there are no facts to support a non belief in something and no facts are needed. i'll give you an example just like my last comment. if a woman told me she was abducted by aliens and was anally probed for three hours last night while everyone was sleeping she would have the burden of proof. she needs to present logical data to exemplify how her statement is true. i need no proof or evidence to not believe her. again, SHE needs proof to make her story true. otherwise

  • @Buck2120 I belong to no religion first of all, secondly I am not attempting to prove anything to you, thirdly I said you believe somebody elses belief system is idiotic. you made a positive claim based on your opinion.

  • @HebrewTiger continued... otherwise she is just a fucking idiot that no one takes seriously - deservedly so. now replace you or any other religious weirdo with the crazy alien lady and you have the situation you and i are in now. buh bye crazy! you bore me. learn some philosophy, will ya!? and it's sad that a business major has to tell you to learn some philosophy...

  • what a waste of paper...

  • Everyone go outside and read your scriptures to the world, do it on public property so they can't complain. and how about this, all of you church people, stop hiding in your buildings. Didn't jesus tell you all to spread the gospels in the towns and sent his disciples out into the world?. he didnt say cramp up in a building and give your pastors money like little slaves. Go and hold your church services in the parks and streets, you dont need buildings, go little lambs, and hit the streets.

  • Don't spread false info, Mohammed signed a contract and commanded all Muslims to allow Christians religious freeedom, He signed it with his seal the document exist today in a museum still as proof, Mohammed commanded all muslims to never harm any Christians or their Churches, and he commanded all Muslims to defend and protect the Christian brothers, he sent these letters to St Catherins monestary and made peace with Christians, Go and read the letter yourselves if you want proof search it.

  • @HebrewTiger Exactly!

#9 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

  • @phxpaul Indeed,

  • and Im not against muslim people, They are great people, just the beliefs they carry, is not the same a muslim, saying, "I believe in Mohamed but I respect Jesus as well and hes believers" rather than "Don't call me terrorist, Im a muslim and fuck Jesus, he is no God, how can a God Die?" see there are 2 different ways to answer... and most of the time, they choose second... I like Diversity, I hate when diversity thiks the rest should be the same

  • this fucking cops have no idea of what exactly is the islam, they have not beign at war, and don't have a damn clue on how far they can go... a muslim dad is entitled to kill its own daughter if she was to marry someone outside of their religion, a christian must be executed if he was to practice its belief in a muslim country, Jesus is a Joke to muslims, this country is great because it was founded by christians, their country is shit, because the follow that liar mohamed...

  • this is sad I'm from Lincoln park which is right down the street a little and Dearborn is sad its to the point where i cant read what some of the stores are called because its not in English

  • @usmc0129 language has nothing to do with this, I mean, one street vs a whole country, the issue here is the way they take life here in the US, they are beliefs already implanted, such as christianity, and they have no right to spread what they ran from, many are refugees from the middle east running from prosecution, for what? to come here and spread their beliefs again? so why they left in the first place? US = Christianity, ME = Islam, they need to choose, no body force them to come here!

  • Holy smokes! An entire city police force shows up. Just for passing out some paper. You are not allowed to use a video camera either.

Is this because the sons of Satan (followers of Allah) get disturbed by such things and may commit violence?

  • @EphraimManasseh are you a dumb christian also? muslims are not that violent, ok? you just been brainwashed

  • @futureboy00 You sir are retarded. Seriously? Brainwashed? I SAW IT FIRSTHAND IN IRAQ. You and your ilk are a cancer on this planet and a creation of the Devil. A perversion of everything good in the world. Sick and twisted.

  • @jwillard1971 my kind? what exactly you think I am?

and what is it that you saw? Christians invading another muslim country?

Perversion of everything good? I treat everyone equal, I help people no mater what religion are they or whatever, I don't discriminate unlike most religious people. Why you accuse me of not being good?

I am not muslim for your information, I have many muslim friends and most of them are really good people, I work with one for years, and he is just normal guy, thats all

  • @jwillard1971 P.S. who created the devil?

  • i dont see why you have to force your beliefs onto people let people find out about it themselves

  • когда будет судный день,тогда посмотрим кто прав а кто не прав.

  • So have you guys sued yet, its like a billion dollar blank check

  • I'm surprised the cops didn't beat you and charge you with wiretapping for filming them.

  • IT IS THE POLICE IN DEARBORN THAT ARE THE CRIMINALS~!

  • Just so you people know, in Islam the words "Unbeliever" and "Infidel" doesn't mean Jew or Christian. It refers to anyone who doesn't believe in the One and only God (Allah) of the Torah, Gospels, and Qur'an. And "Infidel" specifically have to do with pagans who worship many Gods. So dont try to make up BS that Muslims are anti-Christianity/Judaism because we are all the same religion. Thank you, peace and love.

  • The problem is not just Obama but Congress in general who PROMISE a lot but deliver little. The GOP had done their job we would not be faceing a Muslims problem in this country are there would not be any discussion on gay marrage's. They use the Christian base to get elected but do little to keep their Promise.

  • Jesus Christ...don't you have anything better to do than stick your nose in other people's deep seated beliefs???

  • @EftahYaSemsem1991 When something is wrong, people can be touchy.

    it's probably an inborn trait.

  • I disagree with these arrests but as far as cultural changes go.. roll with the punches! It's probably the risk taker in me, but I'd like to buckle up for a roller coaster ride!

  • maybe you should get a brain and just maybe... you should get a permit from the city. You don't have a permit because all episodes are on public land... therefor you need a permit from the city of that land. You don't have it and then you walk and target muslims to get them upset for the camera to spread your propaganda.

  • @gmannuts you don't need a permit to exercise your rights.

  • could muslim distribute the Quran there ?

If not, then you better shut up !!!

  • I used to have pages of the most witty and undercutting things to say to people trying to minister to me. For years I criticized and proclaimed the idiocy of there beliefs. I'm 24 now and I kind of just don't care anymore. It's a battle you can't win. They'll always oppose you and you'll always oppose them. It's easier to just brush them off when they annoyingly confront you and say, "You had one life, and this is what you chose to waste it on? There is no 'part 2" to your life. Now Fuck off!"

  • A bunch of morons and trouble makers, what the fuck were these clowns expecting? just shows how dumb religious Zealots can become, damnnn

  • Considering that I didn’t see the camera confiscated, and given the fact that the video provided no proof that they were taken into custody, this begs the question: was this whole thing staged? Do you have a copy of the police report? (It wouldn’t set you back that much, would it?)

  • Free Speech Zones are not constitutional.

(From Wikipedia) To pass muster under the First Amendment, (Time, Place, Manner) TPM restrictions must be:

    1.neutral with respect to content,

    2.narrowly drawn,

    3.serve a significant government interest, &

4.leave open alternative channels of communication.

Application of this four-part analysis varies with the circumstances of each case, and typically requires lower standards for the restriction of obscenity and fighting words.

    This TPM fails #1

  • there is a lack of respect towards the muslim religion and thats the reason the law has gotten involved and this clip is also spreading hate towards muslims as well.. I'm not christian or muslim but I do have respect for other peoples beliefs and wish christians would give up this preaching its getting old and for me its the most annoying part of the religion, its off putting seeing clips like this...

  • @2009LuckyStar then don't watch...

  • White America, Wake Up!!!

  • Looks like the Dearborn kwaps use the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as toilet paper. Sue the kwaps!!

  • Police have the right to maintain public order. The evangelicals' behavior here is intentionally designed to be disruptive, and could plausibly lead to assorted peace disturbances. The prohibition on their distribution of literature is limited both in time and in geographic scope, and is narrowly tailored to vindicate only the state's compelling interest in maintaining public order. The police did nothing wrong here.

  • @Baz744 Are you Insane? One of the Tenets of Christianity is to spread the Gospel. that means proselytizing and the Freedom to practice ones religion is part of the 1st Amendment. Since they were OUTSIDE the fair, they were within their rights to hand out tracks. They hadn't even done that yet and the Cops jump in without a crime being commited other than by the cops themselves.

  • @smkwaterjack

Again "jack", PUBLIC SAFETY takes precedence over Christians "spreading the gospel" in a PUBLIC GATHERING. The police can use discretion to avert a potential conflict. And NO constitutional rights were violated, since they were still allowed to proselytize, but at a different and safer location.

  • @cmackdaddy Said like a true leftist coward.

  • @boonedawg68

Really? So stating the facts about the law and the Constitution is an act of "leftist cowardice"?

Oh well, your version of patriotism (ie, right wing indoctrination) is being defiant of the law and Constitution.

  • @smkwaterjack

you can share your christianity with those who want to listen to you.. As you can not impose your music to others, you can not share your stupid beliefs with those who dont want to listen to you....

    Go buy a brain.

  • @Logia1978 that was a really intelligent reply...If you don't want to listen that is your right, leave, but i have the right to share my beliefs, THAT is part of the 1st amendment in this country, obviously you don't believe in the constitution. Perhaps Sharia is more your speed.

  • @smkwaterjack

if i dont want to listen to you but you continue to bother me, then i need the help of the officers...

    Sharia is good for me...

  • if you want to know what dearborn is really all about after the 9-11 attack you did not see anyone on the streets in dearborn for at least a week. This is no lie they were all in hiding & when you did hear one talk alot praised what happened.

  • @gsprpltv

The Christian missionaries were not denied their right to proselytize. But under the law, the police DOES have the right to take preventive measures for averting violence and preserving the peace. That's why the missionaries were asked to relocate.

Think that's crazy? Imagine Muslims handing out pamphlets right outside a church during Sunday mass, likely RESULTING in violent confrontations. In this case, you would not whine about any "infringements" on the U.S. constitution....

  • @cmackdaddy Under the Law they do not have the right to interfere with anyones practice of their religion. Handing out tracks at a street fair is NOT the same as handing them out in front of a Church. Your arguments are silly and illogical. Christians in the USA do not start violent confrontations, Muslims do. you haven't been paying attention to the news have you?

  • @smkwaterjack

    BUZZZZZZZZZ! Try again.....

During ANY public gathering, the police's primary concern is ensuring public safety. The Christian proselytizers' presence near the gathering (religious or otherwise) presented a potential conflict, so they were asked to relocate. But in the end, the proselytizers were allowed to continue with their practice, so their rights were NOT violated by the police. So YOUR notion that the police violated anyone's rights is absolutely silly and illogical.

  • @smkwaterjack

And another thing: If you think that Muslims (or any other religious group) proselytizing outside a church cannot potentially lead to confrontations and thereby endanger public safety, then you are truly blind and delusional.

  • @smkwaterjack Which Muslims are you referring to, cmack? The Sunnis? The Shiites? Which sect? And you're saying that Christians do not start violent confrotations? What about the killing of Dr. Tiller? Fred Phelps and his gay bashers? Violence outside of abortion clinics and the bombings by an anti-choice nut in Georgia?

Look around you, wake up and smell the coffee.

  • @leShakeify

Huh? Are you addressing me, or smkwaterjack? If you are addressing me , then I just want to state that I entirely agree with you, including the examples you gave of Christian violence.

The point was that the police does have the right to take preventative measures to maintain public safety. Please read my previous posts for clarification.

  • @leShakeify> You are CLUELESS about what is going on in America. The ISLAMIZATION of our country is being advanced and suppression of first amendment rights will be experienced again and again as ISlam gains a firmer foothold. Muslims do not want people to know the truth about this vile political system that is seeking world domination..Many professing posers of Christianity have done wrong in contradiction to the teachings of Christ. Islam, on the other hand, COMMANDS jihad against non-muslims.

  • @ScreeminMeeme

Which sect of Muslims are you referring to? The shiites? The Sunnis? There are many denominations of Islam. It seems to me that you are the clueless one.I might also add that there are many patriotic Muslim Americans. Before your tongue starts wagging, make sure that yopur brain is in gear(which it obviously isn't.)

  • Praise God! This is exactly what American Christians need, I want to see more atheists and more muslims causing more trouble for Christians. Soon the people who play church will leave and the false gospel will no longer satisfy.

  • Praise God! This is exactly what American Christians need, I want to see more atheists and more muslims causing more trouble for Christians. Soon the people who play church will leave and those who remain can really commit themselves to living a holy life before God.

The false church of America needs to be exposed.

  • have too say...it's not just islam guys , it's 3 religions that is destroying this planet...

    1. Christianity

    2. Judaism

    3. Islam

one thing i do hate is the radical right = christian Zionist , , you guys are committing high treason big time under us law , you ppl in these 3 religions need too wake the hell up!!

  • @DOCSAFETUBE The idea that Islam is no worse than Christianity is one of the illusions keeping the door to the West open for Islam. It does so by plugging into the following piece of reasoning: life surrounded by Christians is not so bad, and Islam is no worse than Christianity, therefore, life surrounded by Muslims won't be so bad either. So why all the fuss with Islam!

  • @gsprpltv

    well that's the reality...

Islam is much better than christianity in every single aspect. Just look any debat with Shabir Ally and those christians moron and you will see that islam is much better than christianity....

  • @gsprpltv i do notm like to live surounded by christians, they are almost all maive dumbasses like you. i do youn reallyu think that the islam and christianity is so differend? your just affaid of somethjing you just now nothing of

  • @DOCSAFETUBE so you think the idea of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you is destroying the planet?

  • @gsprpltv Actually the idea of 'doing unto others as you would be done by' pre-dates Christianity by many centuries and can be traced to Confucian teaching as well as Buddhist and Taoist. The fact that it has been adopted by Christians does not mean it is was originally a Christian idea.

  • @gsprpltv yes.

  • @DOCSAFETUBE

This is TV stage managed conflict, used to brainwash people into hatred. Watching TV they can make anything look real. Ordinary people never start fights over religion. Leaders stir things up so the common people kill themselves.

There are only three guys in this video, but 20,000 (view count) people are going to get worked up over it. Starting to get the picture?

Governments cause wars, and there are few holy men in government.

  • @DOCSAFETUBE This is America and people have the right to believe and worship as they wish. Nuff said.

  • @DOCSAFETUBE ', you ppl in these 3 religions need too wake the hell up!'

I don't know what you're smoking, but some of us still have some critical thinking skills. You've heard of the Ten Commandments. Why, that's the foundation of Western Law! Now what does the Koran say?

    God: Thou Shalt not kill.

    Allah: Kill the infidel.

    God: Thou shalt not steal.

    Allah: Steal anything you can.

On and on. The only commandment in Islam is that anything goes which benefits Islam.

    Please, read the Koran!

  • @SheikhTaqiyyameister sorry , religion is slavery ...Christianity , Judaism , and Islam are destroying this planet! I stand by historians , researchers and my word!

  • God i Hate dearborne, i live like an hour away in Canada and Dearborne is full of them

  • When conducting a fair and impartial experiment, there must be a placebo group or test group in order to prove your point. So the question I have is did you you attempt to pass out copies of the Quaran to see if no religious literature was allowed to be passed out. This is a complete farce and onesided. Typical....and I'm not even muslim.

  • @BgMc31

If you really want to get a good grasp of what happened in Dearborn and what is the wider context for this video, please see answeringmuslims(dot)com and click the "Dearborn" tab near the top of the page.

  • @BgMc31 if you are really that dumb you don't deseve a response

  • @BgMc31 No but you are an idiot who knows how to set up a false scenario. LOL You bring up an argument from silence. Typical liberal bullshit. Dearborn is a Muslim City you dumbass.

  • @BgMc31 Take Religion out of it then, why were 7 police officers dipatched to adress 3 unarmed men standing in a public street handing out literature? Perhaps they were going to try it with islamic literature but couldn't because of the threat of addional charges. Typical, you'd rather hate on Christians than adress the fact that Constitional rights have been violated.

  • @stevenp25100

We guess you aren't aware the police has the right and responsibility to ensure public safety during ANY public gathering. The Christian proselytizers were allowed to continue with their practice, but they just had to relocate to avert any potential conflicts. NO ONE'S Constitutional rights were violated.

  • @cmackdaddy How would offering The Gospel of John possibly create any conflict? Therey were even discussing anything with people, they were simply handing out literature. Free to take or not take. There is no way to defend the police's actions here. Free Speech and public assembly are Constitutional rights, and why did he have to give up his camera?

  • @stevenp25100

You keep asking the same question, and I keep giving you the facts. So here it goes...for the last time.

Free Speech and public assembly IS constitutional, but not absolute, ie, the police, who is responsible for PUBLIC SAFETY, can impose some discretionary limitation to preserve the peace. Again, they were ALLOWED to proselytize, but at a safer distance. In the end, they STILL had the right to distribute their pamphlets, and no one's constitutional rights were violated.

  • @stevenp25100

With regards to the cameras, the police can seize them as well, if those taking such pictures had questionable motives. Based on speculation, I gather that you are a Christian fundamentalist who refuses to view things from a secular point of view. Again, religious freedom and speech are deemed constitutional provided that NOT OTHER LAWS ARE VIOLATED. In this case, the police under law has the right to use discretion to ensure PUBLIC SAFETY.

  • @stevenp25100

And again for the last time, religious freedom is also guaranteed by the Constitution provided that no other laws are violated. They were not just spreading the "gospel of John:, but were also advocating Muslims to abandon their faith and join their religion. Again, that by itself is not unconstitutional, but PUBLIC SAFETY is an issue that takes precedence because of the potential conflict it may create with those of an opposing view. Nothing wrong with the relocation.

  • @cmackdaddy They were spreadin their information to those peopl who perhaps are not familar with the gospel of John. You dont need to repeat yourself but you're intentionally not adressing how this was a public saftey concern? You're not possibly suggesting Muslim people cannot handle a difference in opinion are you? Clearly the guys in the video were not violent at all, are you sugesting msulims are?

  • @stevenp25100

Already have. Many would view the Christian handing out pamphlets denigrating Islamic beliefs near a Muslim ceremony as disrespectful and provocative. Conversely, Muslims (or anyone else) handing out pamphlets denigrating Christianity near a church ceremony can be viewed the same way. And since the ceremony involves a large gathering IN PUBLIC, the police does have the right to take preventive measures. Relocation was a prudent decision. Freedom of religion still maintained

  • To HELL with Muslims!

  • MUSLIMS DO NOT BELONG IN THE USA. GET THEM ALL OUT!

  • These people don't want Evangelicals preaching to them. I think Muslims feel harassed and don't want them there. I am not saying I agree with these guys, but what do you think would happen if Muslims tried to preach in Tennessee. They would probably be beaten up. These guys were left unscathed, at least. Muslims are used to being told they are wrong and unAmerican and this is their town.

  • I think they should be able to hand out their religious literature, but I would rather they don't do that because I find people handing out religious literature annoying. If I want to go to a church, I can go by myself. So sometimes I find it offensive when people give me literature.

  • All religious BS aside, this is sick man. I greatly value my freedom of speech.

  • Wow number of cops seems a little excessive......

  • @YaHuWaHservant Go to an anti-war rally some time. There are a lot more cops who just can't wait for something to happen.

  • Im a cop thats BS and I tell you this taking his camera when he hadnt done anything! i say sue them

  • @muleteam6 Thats easy to say. However, when one faces persecution for their faith in Jesus Christ in the ((U.S.A.)) you quickly realize that law doesn't apply to you & it's virtually impossible to find a Civil Rights Attorney to take the case or a Church that will lend support t the persecuted Christian.. If you represent yourself they will walk all over you. We are heading toward a New world Order & our Justice System substaniates the same.

  • We have exterminated the property owners in Russia. We are going to do the same thing in Europe and America.

    The Jew,December 1925,Zinobit

The Communists are against religion(Christianity)and they seek to destroy religion;yet, when we look deeper into the nature of Communism,we see that it is essential nothing else than a religion (Judaism)

Read this book for free on internet.

    Who Is Esau-Edom...Who Is Esau-Edom.

  • sue sue sue

  • @Caesar0031 Good luck ! Civil rights Attorneys that represent persecuted Christians are like finding a needle in a haystack.

  • @Laskiewic

They are represented by the Thomas More Law Center and they just filed the civil lawsuit. See either the Answering Muslims blog or TMLC's website for details.

  • The Police State is out of control.

  • "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" (Matthew 28:19)

This amounts to prohibiting the free exercise of religion. They'll have a strong case in court on just that.

  • Wow! That is unbelieveable! You guys need a very good civil rights attorney.

  • Looks like the Dearborn Police Dept. is being turned into a goon squad.

  • Don't close your mind.. don't be foolish.. please study the scriptures.... Jesus Christ is one of the most perfect man Claim as Son of God or Simple He is a God... his teaching are good but HE IS NOT A GOD - THE CREATOR REMAINS A ONE GOD--- ALLAH HU AKBAR --GOD THE ALMIGHTY.

  • What about you bro, have you studied the teachings of Jesus in the Injil? You are right that God is One, but there's more to the life of Jesus than what some people think and each of us needs to read what Jesus said and did to come to our own conclusions about who he is. Peace,

  • What about you bro, have you studied the teachings of Jesus in the Injil? You are right that God is One, but there's more to the life of Jesus than what some people think and each of us needs to read what Jesus said and did to come to our own conclusions about who he is. Peace,

  • @ramsbarioga Born of a virgin, Jesus Christ is the divine God revealed in human flesh. He is the one and only 100% God-Man, the sinless, perfect sacrificial Lamb of God. He is not a god, Jesus Christ is God, the one and only Savior of the world.

  • Shut-up dude:: Christianity that bring from Romans kills millions of non-believers... Sharia Law was make to protect Islam... for Christianity is killer religion of all times... see your history brother how Roman empire kill the non-believers.

  • Corrupt policeman. Their commander is CORRUPTED by the muslim mafia !!!! Theeeese police guys are working against America, these guys have become the prolongued arms of Americas declared enemy, while they are taking the money of the American tax payer !!!

Well, be sure, the time of justice will come, and those guys will have to answer some questions and face the justice!!!

  • They needed 8 cops for that? You would have less show-up to a burglary.

  • uh.... after watching the whole video (since i made my comment 1 minute 30 seconds into the video), i am more convinced of this being true lol

  • hm..... this needs investigating

dont get me wrong, i still believe religion (especially Islam) is a plague

but im still not convinced of this news

  • So an isolated incident in a city where less than 30% of the population is Muslim is proof of nationwide Islaminization? That's irresponsibly paranoid.

  • @Zurkhardo7 that *might* be true, but not being able to freely express a religious belief in this area of america (or any other area in the USA for that matter) is going against the first amendment of the US Constitution:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

  • @Zurkhardo7 I think that one of the main points that this video is trying to get through is that the Sharia Law is trying to impede the rights and liberties given to the people living in america by the supreme law of the land- US Constitution.

these policemen...no, the area where the first amendment is restricted in Dearborn, Michigan is going against the US Constitution. if people are not able to exercise the liberties given to them, what do you call that?

    slavery

  • @Zurkhardo7 and finally, this video never said that this incident, in it of itself, proves nationwide 'Islaminization'. it is merely warning us of possible future hindrance of the US Constitution by Islam on a vast scale. in fact, it may even warn us of what any organized religion can do to the laws of the USA

  • @OyonTheAdept Again, all of this is an isolated incident. However wrong it was (I'm not arguing it wasn't) we shouldn't get hysterical. Incidents involving constitutional violations happen all the time - and thankfully, they get thwarted by societal, legal, and political pressure.

Besides, sharia law had nothing to do with this. Political correctness maybe, or a misunderstanding. But sharia law is not imposed or recognized anywhere, nor has there even been a serious attempt to do so

  • @OyonTheAdept Besides, in other videos, this group has very well strongly implied that this is evidence of Islaminzation. Even if they were positing that it is a possibility, that in itself is untrue. Muslims number scarcely between 2 to 7 million, out of a population of nearly 310 million. They're in no position to impose themselves, even if they wanted to (and most of them don't).

All I'm saying is that we shouldn't look too into this.

  • @Zurkhardo7 thanks. i guess you are kinda right, though =/

  • @OyonTheAdept

Don't get me wrong my friend, folks like you who are genuinely troubled aren't the issue. It's people trying to blow this up into an existential crisis that are the problem.

Now if this sort of thing starts happening all over the country, that is a different story. Until then, folks need to tone down the paranoia.

  • @Zurkhardo7 yeah, guess so

  • @OyonTheAdept By the way, I appreciate your level headed response.

  • AWAKE USA ISLAM IS NOT THE RELIGION OF PEACE GOD BLESS U DAVID AND NABEEL

  • There are many comments that are valid here, however, for the Christians, what is the point? This is merely a sign of things to come, not just end times prophesy. "The days are coming," declares the Sovereign LORD, "when I will send a famine through the land— not a famine of food or a thirst for water, but a famine of hearing the words of the LORD." Amos 8:11 We should not grieve these times, yet rejoice we see His word coming to life!

  • I can't understand why these people where arrested, because they are Christians . This really pisses me off big time , are these cops nazi's???There should be a federal investigation , this is criminal and in just. Why didn't anyone send this to fox news they would love to see this crime.

  • what purpose would you have to hand out christian flyers to muslims other than to start shit ?

  • the dang cops always do this, it looks so ignorant its not even funny, takes what 15 cops to arrest someone for doing nothing wrong ? is our police forces just filled with ignorant people these days or what ?

  • You Wanna Know What Else Is Sickening,Is That If Muslims Were To Hand Out Korans At A Christian Festival,Nothing Would Happen,We Would Be Told We Were Screwing With There Rights!!!

  • European & American are giving away their countries to the sand nigar

  • THIS IS A CROCK!! LEAVE THE MUSLIMS ALONE! IT WAS LIKE THIS IN DEARBOURNE LOOOONNNGGGG BEFORE 9/11 SO STOP TRYING TO FEED THE HATE ALREADY!!!

  • I just don't understand something in here,,,,,why this cristian people want to give a copy of bible to a muslim while they are having their own festival ???? why don't you just wait till a couple of days when they are finish with festival n you can do what you want ???? well,,,,,I am not standing on each site of you but I think you guys just try to provoc n try to bring a bad name to a muslim arab in USA,,,

  • @jmw110 You do know that many Arabs are Christian and that it was an Arab festival, not a muslim festival, right? Maybe you missed the part where three of the five Christians handing out booklets are Arab, too.

  • Some animals are more equal than others.

  • Unconscionable. I don't have the words to describe how angry I am right now.

  • My children went to High School in Dearborn on Warren ave. I never had any problems there and could walk the streets there with no problems. But I guess things have changed and the Dearborn police are not there to protect the Christians any more. I WILL NOT SHOP OR GO TO DEARBORN ANY MORE. See how they like it when they don't have our money!

  • You jerks are unbelievable. You know perfectly well that you intended to provoke people into a confrontation. This has nothing do to with free speech since you can pass out your tracts just a few blocks away and nobody cares. You wanted to start a fight, but the police correctly enforced the law against disorderly conduct and sent you packing. Good for them. What will you try next? Showing up at a black church wearing wearing white robes and hoods?

  • @jimtrueblue99 That would be stupid, but still protected speech. Most speech is protected, the fall out of that speech is the burden of the speaker.

  • @icervantesiii Study your Constitutional law a bit closer. Remember that Justice Holmes wrote that there is no right to shout "Fire!" in a crowded theater when there is no fire. Courts have consistently ruled that when there is a clear and present danger of violence, provocative and inciting speech can be lawfully suppressed. This principle applies to wearing Klan robes at a black church, SS uniforms at a synagogue, you name it. The law still regulates speech when good sense doesn't.

  • @jimtrueblue99 Are you proposing that we should now begin to punish the victim of expected violence? Burning a cross on a man's lawn is illegal because it is a threat of violence. Inciting a riot is illegal because it is calling others to commit violence. What these people did was not provocative, nor did it incite violence. If violence was the response, it is the fault of the aggressors and they are the ones who should be punished.

  • @chopinbloc I am not proposing anything. I am stating the law. The police are charged by the law to prevent incitement to violence. These jerks were trying to incite violence. The police told them to go elsewhere to hand out tracts. You don't have a free speech right to incite or provoke violence. Read your Constitutional law on this subject.

  • @jimtrueblue99 Negative, Ghostrider. They were most definitely NOT inciting violent behavior any more than being black near a klan rally is inciting violent behavior. They were behaving peacefully and politely. You do realize that this was an Arab festival and that many Arabs are Christians and that one of the guys handing out booklets was an Arab, right? You're not so racist as to believe that all Arabs are muslim, are you?

  • @chopinbloc Peddle that racist BS somewhere else, I'm not taking your bait. You know perfectly well that these jerks were trying to start trouble; they know it too. More to the point: the police knew it and acted appropriately. There's no argument here, and no debate. The law is clear. Don't like it? So what?

  • @jimtrueblue99 I'm not sure why you think they were trying to "start trouble" or why you think that it's okay to discriminate against their religion. Is it because they weren't all white? Only Arabs are allowed at that festival? Is it because they are Christian? They certainly weren't acting in any inappropriate manner. You're right that the law is clear. It says the state cannot infringe on free speech or religious expression.

  • @chopinbloc The laws says nothing of the sort. You have protected free speech up to the point of inciting violence. Violence is a crime. You have no protected right to commit crime or to incite others to commit crime. Your pals wanted to incite violence. The law does discriminate. It discriminates between the law abiding and the law breaking. It discriminates between the peaceful and the violent. Discrimination is the essence of the law.

  • @jimtrueblue99 Those people weren't inciting violence but if violence occurred because of their actions, who would have been the victim?

As for the rest of your statement, I think you might be getting a little too emotional for grownup conversation. "The law does not discriminate." "Discrimination is the essence of the law." Take a few deep breaths and try again.

  • @chopinbloc I didn't know you were grown up. This idea of yours -- "the Constitution lets me do whatever I want wherever I want whenever I want so there" -- is so adolescent that I thought you were thirteen years old and had just flunked your middle school civics course. My mistake. In any case, in the world of grown-ups to which you aspire, trouble makers are held responsible for the trouble they cause; some are sent to bed without their supper. Sound familiar?

  • @jimtrueblue99 I'm glad you unfucked yourself and produced a consistent statement.

If by "troublemaker" you mean "law breaker" and the law in question is compatible with the Constitution, you are correct at that is as it should be. In this case, though, the people in question broke no laws and harmed no one. They engaged in behavior that is both benign and Constitutionally protected.

You can quit with the strawman argument as well.

  • @chopinbloc Inciting violence is neither benign nor protected by the Constitution. If you think it is, cite the case law that says so. The relevant case is Brandenburg v Ohio (1969) which upholds the government's suppression of speech that is likely to incite imminent lawless action. Christians provoking Muslims is just that sort of thing. Now it's your turn: cite the case law that supports your claims. If you can't, your argument is made of straw. Did you pay attention in civics class?

  • @jimtrueblue99 A strawman argument is a formal logical fallacy in which you are unable to refute your opponent's argument so you construct a fictitious argument to attack.

They did not incite violence because:

    A. their actions were innocuous and benign

    and

    B. two of the five people involved were ARABS at an ARAB festival.

You hate Christians and are not interested in objectivity. Your arguments are flawed, you ignore the facts and are generally pathetic. I'm tired of arguing with you.
