I deleted iMovie so i am not so familiar with the format. But if it has two video tracks and the ability to crop then you can. I just put one video above (not on top of) and crop one of the 2 videos 50% right or left. The 2 videos should now appear as one. Then i just put one of them in slow motion for half of the time. The tricky part is the timing of the vocals.
