Ah, esos les dí rip con un programa llamado "Fighter Factory". Si tienes los personajes para MUGEN y ese programa sólo es cuestión de abrir los personajes, encontrar el sprite (en la opción de edición de sprites) y guardarlo como un gif. Espero darme a explicar.
