Yeah, indeed you're right. Zune HD comes after *FIVE* generations of the iPod, for example.

But where Microsoft has the disadvantage in market share, they have the advantage of seeing what works and what doesn't from their competitors.

Apple has been a powerhouse with the mobile market share, but I've yet to find a credible enterprisers take the iPhone seriously as their sole mobile device. Personally, I can't wait to see a *responsive* WM device. The HTC HD2 is going to turn some heads.
