Why has everyone to be so negative about the runescape we have now? Can't you just move on? Does everything have to be 8-bits? If you don't like it,don't play it. We can't life in the past forever you know?
and there were no rushers and dds was the main wepon for specing and the castle wars was filled at all time and people didnt troll and rush and pj and couldnt be better than you because there wasnt much way to be better because every1 did there own fishing smithing pvming money making and having fun and now everybody goes on and trolls like fags and there are now like clan wars where people can lure you teletabs so people can always just tab and korasis and claws and armadyl tornado to pj with
this song makes me feel sick with almost a joy because like alot of you this was my childhood game and everyday i would come home and play this than go outside into my back yard with my friends and everyday i would fantasize in school about going home and playing but now everything just sucks the new songs the new trading systems the new wepons i loved the time when people would all be at the dueling arena to trade and sharks where 1k and those were the best and d scims replaced whips
This game was my whole childhood. With such a simple mind (I was about 9 when I started playing) it was such an adventure. I didn't care about having amazing gear I just wanted to level up and explore new places. The new runescape is just completely different. I wish they would make a progression server or website where it was just original Runescape(2). Not a modded server but hosted by Jagex. I miss this so much.
Everyone there's a new game coming out called Rs2006.net, it is a remake of the old Runescape and what is used to be. Over 28 thousand people registered, the game is not yet release but you can see the progress etc, I hope to see you all there.

Things like Voice acting and Recorded music in conjunction with redesigns of many things and areas now that they have competent concept artists. However there are people who gripe at every little update without appreciating the fact that you can play the game for goddamn free.

In the song "Cut Friends" by Camouflage, at the beginning and later in the song, the artist seems to be sampling a RuneScape track. Try out rs2007! It's a private server but it's a copy of 2007 runescape era. If you use IE it's flagged as a phisher site by a false report. There are vids of the progress on the server on youtube. There are over 2700 members and 50 more each day. The server's alpha is going to be released in about a week or so. this mmorpg, like maplestory, gets worse as time goes on. you miss how good it was at the very start. the improvements instead make it less and less fun. the good times when you had that little screen to see, and the graphics were bad, the music was sketchy, people got ripped off, and you could kill anyone and collect everything in the Wilderness.
i do remember i need 3 acc and 3 day for pass tutorial island... in that time i dont undertand nothing and 10k was a lot of money o.O when i get my first armor of mithril i think i gonna to be crazy.. and there... i get adamant and me WOWWWW and when i get the rune i be member and all gonna to be 100% best.. i still love that game.. but yeah.. some new udaptes... dont best the game.. how much i will pay for have the runescape i haved in that days :`)

This is funny, how when we had our old runescape everyone talked about how much it sucked because of shitty graphics. But now that the graphics are better it has attracted a whole new audience. It's funny because it just goes to show that you really never know how great something is until you lose it.
@acorperation the old graphics were fine, the art style was quite nice and it made it feel alot darker in some places, the new graphics are better, but graphics mean shit, its all about the gameplay

i do remember i need 3 acc and 3 day for pass tutorial island... in that time i dont undertand nothing and 10k was a lot of money o.O when i get my first armor of mithril i think i gonna to be crazy.. and there... i get adamant and me WOWWWW and when i get the rune i be member and all gonna to be 100% best.. i still love that game.. but yeah.. some new udaptes... dont best the game.. how much i will pay for have the runescape i haved in that days :`)

This is funny, how when we had our old runescape everyone talked about how much it sucked because of shitty graphics. But now that the graphics are better it has attracted a whole new audience. It's funny because it just goes to show that you really never know how great something is until you lose it.
