He is trying to get at how everybody was trying to be better than one another, while he just had simple wants, like get laid. Which would go with the next line, which would be, "Hello ma'am, would you be interested In some sexual positions and emotional investments."

I can do something BETTER." It's just him adding a rhyme with a symbolic reference that can mean anything. This is my opinion. ;3 I think he talked about it in an interview though.
