I heard at first Glen Cambell songs about 1987. His voice was unique for me, no gravity, soaring, and soft spoaken, and with that extended tempo. I love it. Especially for his low tempo.

I heard at first Glen Cambell songs about 1987. His voice was unique for me, no gravity, soaring, and soft spoaken, and with that extended tempo. I love it. Especially for his low tempo.
He was outstanding; nowadays his voice lost perfomance. But at his best times, hardly nobody can reach him, and also in future times there will be only few!

Glen Campbell is one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Sadly, he has Alzheimer's, and will be traveling to the Celestial Lodge soon. He was brilliant, and he "crossed over", doing both Country and Mainstream. Even my parents (who thought all country music was "redneck") loved Glen Campbell.
He had a bout with the "white lady"(cocaine), but was able to beat the addiction.
May God hold him in the hollow of his hand.

I was in college in the midwest but lived in the East...then there was the War (Vietnam) and military service. Time passes.....way too quickly....and, suddenly we are looking at reality; what should have been and wasn't, what could have been and didn't happen. This song hits the nail on the head for me.
