Actually, Fist Of Legend did hit video stores, However, it came out under the Jet Li Collection rather than the Rolling Thunder collection.

And The Psychic probably got canceled due to copyright issues. I don't think Miramax or Tarantino ever had the rights to it. Instead, Tarantino released The Beyond into theatres and Anchor Bay got the video rights.
