Hey, @backinnyc2010 , i have Levi's pick from bagleys in '93! His last days playing guitar, as Sonny had taken over on bass. It's see-through dark blue, with his signature on one side, and 7 on the other!

Those were Morris's early days on keys, and 17 years later i get to meet him and thank him 4 such an awesome gig! Mavis, The Steeles, GameBoyz! Mayte stage diving! Were right at the front, no-one between us and P. My mate shouts "oh yeah" in the tiny gap at the end of The Ride! Embarrassing!

So-so. It's kinda hard to destroy a P. Rogers Nelson song, but you've done just that! No disrespect but this is exactly what The Artist doesn't us to do; CHANGE HIS SHIT!!. This is also why he remixes his own SH*T!! You took a perfectly (yes, Isay it-perfect) fine tune and because you love PRINCE so much, you apparently lost your way. I loved this song. Remember riding in my car with my friends and the radio station played the extended version back to back. It was great. Haven't heard this song in over 20 yrs.

That was ok. Here's my 2 cents: one of the notes on the repeated sax riff was out of tune. Also would have loved to hear a rendition of Eric Leed's sax solo, and the part where the time signature changes, could have been a little better, in my opinion. I'm sure Brown Mark and Prince would dig it, though. Also, some echo on the Linn Drum handclap. Thanks for posting.
