I hope this guy got fired! People should pay what they owe but no one should be spoken to that way. If that guy would have shown up at my place I would have opened the door, walked down the hallway into the living room and waited for him to walk in. After that a 90 pound pitt pull barking at him and a 9mm pointed at his face would have ensured he never came back.
Your point is valid, jbrabec22. Everything works both ways. I've been the creditor (landlord) who was screwed over by people who trashed my rental houses and disappeared in the middle of the night. I've been the "bank" who carried a 2nd for 3 different families who defaulted and walked away from me.
It seems that when some dishonest people go bankrupt they are filled with rage because they don't want to be screwed over the same way that they screwed over THEIR debtors. All rules are out the window for dishonest people, and they have no claim on justice.
