  • great video! There are lots of Goldberg machines on here, but most of there creators miss one crucial thing. Goldberg machines are complex contraptions that end with something simple, like making toast or pouring milk. Because you did that i give you a 15/10. Did you know that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions?

  • I agree, the first 45 seconds can be cut, it's more fun if we don't know what's going to happen yet.

  • I'm jealous of this kid. Definitely going to be accepted to MIT someday.

  • Haha, very nice! Now you just have to build a machine to stop the bottle from pouring when there is enough in the bowl. :) Well Done

  • I really liked the video man. Its great that A)Your doing something constructive and fun with your son and B)That you can do some pretty nifty stuff. I wish I could do it. I did a rube goldberg in 7th grade and made on once in 9th grade which involved turning on my computer!

  • Very smart.

    Good job. :3

  • cute kid, and smart too.

  • this rube goldberg device is made of awesome and win

  • thats cool doing something like that with you dad

  • damnnnn

you'd have got top marks in grade 10 physics, you get to do a project like this

  • This kid is probably smarter than half of youtube users..

  • it would have taken less time if you just took the milk from the fridge and poured it into the bowl of cereal, but still a cool video.

  • Well, by definition, a "Rube Goldberg" contraption takes a simple chore and makes it complicated. Some true "Rube" fans will try to take up to 20 different steps to do something simple. Thanks for your comment!

  • Well the whole point of a Rube Goldberg machine is to do a tast in the most impractical of ways.

I once saw one where the machine did stuff for 5 minutes, and all it ended up doing was shredding a piece of paper.

  • yeah dude

  • lol. wen a kid wantz milk he wantz it HIS way

  • Awesome video man. Kid is smart.

  • A team effort!
