Nice one.

I used to own a Warhawk I (Discontinued ages ago) and i love it to bits.

I play very heavy music and this guitar didnt really suit it so i swapped it for the beast ive got now!

the griffin imic has an input AND an output that can be used simultaneously (I have my headphones hooked up to it all the time.) You can use Sound Prefs panel to select your input and your output (separately, if need be.) Some software might require you set the input via its own preferences [logic pro, garageband (i think) etc...]

iMic's effective audio quality is 16-bit 48kHz in and out. Not the best, but HQ and can't be beat at ~$40.

nice stuff =) hey,i've got a question about the griffin imic: so you plug an input via usb and then you can use the output from the mac (the one that comes ^stupidly^ combined with the input on mbp 13'') ? so you can route:

guitar > imic > ''some software in mac that recives audio from imic and sends it to the audio output(like ableton live,maybe?'' > mbp 13 inch model output/input/"don't know why they are combined" thing > speakers ; ?
