and while i'm at it, anyone with knowledge of fasting to heal brain and body tissue (like Dr. Chauncey Crandall) hit me up....being 46 every time i go to gymnastics open gym i need ice packs the next day...lol i have a torn rotator cuff (actually 2) , a torn muscle in my abs, but hey, even tho i am falling apart i look like i'm 30 and at least i'm not sitting around turning into an old man :) got started on this rambling from the "F Yoga"
Not been to Berlin but i lived in Germany for 2 years (Rhine-Mosel area) when i was in the Air Force. Met my wife there but i was young and did too many party trips to Paris and Luxembourg to really take it all in. @cliffharris75 Both pieces are by Alex Lasarenko. The first piece in our video is not publicly available, but the second piece is called Rise, it's from the album "Clear" which is available on itunes, along with many more of Lasarenko's albums.
