You can buy the extra madcatz cymbals and they plug into the back. 3 will cost about £40 but you can by a single or double pack as well. They don't add anything to game though - just the experience. (A red drum = red cymbal hit) In free style mode they make the right sounds.

You do realize that most professional drummers have listed Ringo as their inspiration for drumming? They say that some of the things that Ringo did back then is still difficult for some of the best drummers today to imitate, so perhaps you should think twice before saying the drums will suck.
