Space Invaders Extreme DS gameplay

i like the ds ver but the psp ver is better

I don't get how you can say the DS version has better music. It's way too hectic and lacks the hard bass-driven electronic thump of the 360 version

if i get this game i will get it on the ds cos a lot of people have said the dsi ver. is better and im a nintendo gamer and i use my ds alot for instance i have my dsi to my left right now and also i dont own an xbox 360 personaly i would prefure a ps3 over an xbox 360 i dont really see whats the diff between the xbox and xbox 360 i mean i have an xbox (old) and when i play round my friends houses that have an xbox 360 i dont really see anything thats not allready on the xbox.

Okay, I've seen several people say they think the DS version of this game is far better than the version for Xbox 360. Is there any particular reason why this one's better? Genuinely curious.

Well, I think it plays better on a handheld than on a big widescreen TV. Also the music of the DS version is by far the best of all the Invaders Extreme games (PSP, 360)

That's cool - I did see another video showing both screens at once, and it did definitely look more interesting that way. It looks to me like the 360 version is pretty minimalist - might have wasted my money on it. Ah well.

I'll keep an eye out for the DS version, maybe pick it up if it's convenient.

I would recommend you to wait for the sequel. Is coming this September and looks to be even better than the first. (Exclusive for DS)

This game looks like one of those I play just to "try it out" and get completely sucked in.... before I know it, the hours I've spent playing it is OVER 9000!!!!

Sfrontupgrate you are an absolute spaz. Space Invaders, and Extreme, are totally awesome games and don't take the piss out of Tetris. Although they are still phenomenal games do you realise Space Invaders is 31 years old! And Tetris is 25 years old so don't go slating legendary games which were probably around before you were born! Duschebag...
