it was by the effect of LAST TURN card this card cannot be activated except in your opponent turn while your dp points are exactly 1000. then you chose a monster on the field. all the other cards except that monster will be gone to the graveyard then your opponnents summon any monster from his deck. the player whose monster remain on the field win the game ( only at the end of the opponent's turn ) while his monster jowge the spiritualist remains on the .....................

HE WON BECAUSE OF LAST TURN EFFECT: When you have 1000 or less life points you send all cards in hand field to the grave the same for opponent also Wall of the revealing light he paid 7000 life points so he had 1000 back to use last turn and then jowge does so you can't special summon and then there was only 1 monter back = jowge and thats how he won

At the start of the opponent's turn, he used Wall of Revealing Light to drop his life points to 1000.

This allowed him to activate Last Turn, which allows the opponent to SS any monster from their deck, and attack with it, with the player who's monster survived the turn being declared the winner. However, Jowgen the Spiritualist prevents SSing, so the monster couldn't come out, and so he won by default.

@stelioskamnakis It's because of last turn's effect. It can only activate when your lifepoints are 1000 or less (which is why he brought it down with wall of revealing light). Once activated, you select one monster on your side of the field and evry other card on the field gets destroyed. After that, your opponent can special summon one monster from his/her deck in attack position that'll attack your monster. The player whose monster remain at the ende of the turn wins.

You did that wrong. You're supposed to do that during his Main Phase 1. The problem with doing it during his Draw Phase or his Standby Phase is the fact that if Sinister Serpent is in his hand and gets sent to the graveyard, Sinister Serpent comes back to his hand, and he can normal summon Sinister Serpent and attack Jowgen the Spiritualist and win the duel. Even if they use Heavy Storm or something, you can still chain both effects without any problems since paying life points is a cost.

With Last Turn you choose one monster on your side on the field and every other card goes to graveyard. Your opponent then sellect one monster from his/her deck and special summon it. the monster that stay on the fiels at the end of turn, it's owner is the winner. The rest you can figure it out.

They are banned to make tournaments harder.....there are 2 different ban/restrict list, taditional, has NO forbidden only limited, and ADVANCED that have banned and limited, to make the tourney's harder
