It is a gravy-esque sauce, made from Chicken drippings from a rotisserie chicken, seasonings from a little bit of dried tomato, lots of onions, garlic, etc. It's like Swish Chalet Rotisserie dipping sauce. :) Freaking tasty! I love that stuff. Make it all the time.
