Actually the premier of Newfoundland and Labrador was never in the sketch at all.The premier of Newfoundland and Labrador used to be Danny Williams,Mark Critch is just a comedian and actor who impersonated him at times.

LOL. I love these guys. The guest "fracker" is named Mark Critch IRL and was actually the MC at my company's annual achievement awards last year. He's hilarious. Also, you gotta love the fact that in Canada, they aired the term "Fracking my gashole" on the national television network, CBC, at 8:30 PM :)
